Warm, professional service. We felt very special during our stay with lots of "Birthday' recognition. The accommodations were cozy - the rates during off-season are reasonable. High season rates are almost double. Off season without the crowds was delightful. We enjoyed the location, just a few minutes drive from town, but very serene. Food was excellent - beautiful ambiance, skilled service.

The Friendship Cottage was beautiful! So spacious, beautifully appointed and the handwritten welcome note and complimentary refreshments upon arrival were a nice touch.

Excellent, the hotel wast super cute and quaint, the staff made sure we were comfortable in what ever we needed, they offer bicycles which is great for getting around town, (very very small town) and the absolute best omelette we have ever had.

The ENTIRETY of the staff from March 8th to March 10th was amazing and incredibly hospitable. Thank you to the concierge team, especially Becca, for providing us with a wonderful itinerary. Thank you to the night staff on March 8th--we arrived so late due to a chaotic day of travels and the Front Desk Agent and Night Audit were so incredibly welcoming/understanding! Thank you to the gentleman who served us in the Little Barn Area for breakfast on Saturday, March 9th--you were incredibly accommodating, hospitable, and offered kind conversation! Thank you to Rylee on Reservations for aiding me in making the reservations! From one hospitality professional to another, your team encompasses what it means to have hospitality spirit and goes above and beyond to be aligned with Forbes standards--professional, hospitable, and anticipatory service. Thank you for the truly wonderful stay!

What an amazing experience we had at White Barn Inn. The restaurants are truly wonderful and the food and service are the best you could ask for. We had coffee to order delivered to our room every morning and a time we chose along with mini croissants. What a treat. Staff were incredibly professional and pleasant.

Easily the best hotel experience I have ever had. We stayed at the Friendship Cottage and the service was perfect, I mean perfect. Clean, friendly, accommodating. Actually perfect! The food was amazing and we ate every meal on property, including at the Barn which is a FIVE STAR and FIVE DIAMOND first rate dining experience.

Auberge service cannot be topped beyond that offered @ Kennebunk's White Barn Inn. This is truly what a luxury experience should be, no matter where you travel! The Staff on property is well-trained in proper hospitality & social graces throughout every department from Valet to Reception to F&B.
