I was disappointed in my Hilton stay. I did not have hot water for a shower. The breakfast in the cafe was very limited. I ordered a vegetable cheese omelet and got and omelet with fried onions and no cheese. This was not Hilton quality. With renovations going on, they need to upgrade their game.

The lobby was fully dusty and under construction while was not explained by *******
2 out of 2 elevators were not working and there was a long line up to the elevator
The heater was not working on the first room, and they changed my room as the room was super cold and the second room was not clean particularly washroom

We were not informed that the hotel is currently being renovated. It was unsettling to check in in a bare lobby. It changes the a**osphere of the visit.

Booked this hotel for the hot tub. Upon arrival hot tub was out of service and half full. Manager not very sympathetic and did not provide a good explanation.

This Hilton New Orleans Hotel is close to the international New Orleans Airport. It’s a plus to have a permanent shuttle service every 15 minutes from the airport to the hotel and viceversa at no cost for clients. If you are going to travel early in the morning or late a night I strongly recommend to stay in this Hilton.

Men’s bathroom in lobby did not have any water in sinks. Most in the women’s also not work and no soap. No paper towels. Front staff was excellent. Lisa server excellent and food good. Husband showered first and I got COLD shower!!
Hilton needs to invest more $$ in their facilities and less in their reality shows.

CLEANING CREW BARGED IN AROUND 8AM AFTER i HAD GOTTEN IN T 2:00AM FROM A FLIGHT, SHOWER DIDN'T WORK PROPERLY, NO HOT WATER

In total I paid over $190 for one night. I was at the airport all day and I just wanted to take a hot shower. The water never got hot. I called to tell the front desk and he told me that I needed to let the water heat for over 20 mins. I was not going to wait over 20 mins just to take a shower after having an exhausting stay.
