The rooms are nicely decorated. The decor in the lobby is also very beautiful. The shower could’ve been hotter.

We arrived later than planned, around 7:30 pm
We had been driving for 9 hour. The gentleman at the desk was very unfriendly, bordering on rude
We had to drive around the building for 20 minutes waiting for someone to vacate a parking spot. There was absolutely no where to park. It would have been nice if we would have been informed of alternative parking lots?? If there are any, but after the check in we didn’t want to go back and ask.
The room was very nice and spacious for our family of five.

We have stayed at this hotel several times in the past. We tried to stay at another hotel the day before in order to save $, but were very disappointed and ended up booking embassy suites for our last night in kennesaw. We will only stay at embassy suites from here on in when visiting our children that go to Emory and kennesaw state.

I asked to not be near elevator and ice machine and he put me in a room directly across from ice machine

Everything was perfect!!! They even let us check in a few minutes early. This me and my fiancé 2nd time staying here, I’m sure this will be our place to stay. Everything is within a few minutes of driving distance.

The person at check in was great. I called the hotel approx. 2 weeks prior to arriving to ensure they used hypo allergic bedding. They did not do this prior to us arriving. 😔 Housekeeping was called and the left all the new bedding and pillows in room for us to change the bedding. Hair was found around base of toilets that wasn’t ours. They need better cleaners.

The hotel itself was great but the food I ordered from Ruth’s Chris inside the hotel was not. I asked for a well done cheeseburger but got a medium done bacon cheeseburger. Very disappointed.
