由於飛機延誤，深夜才入住，前台服務態度很好，是位漂亮的lady。。房間就是那麼樣，簡單乾淨整潔。。。

千萬不要訂，圖片是Photoshop的，真實房間非常老舊，房間內冷氣機的噪音堪比發電機無法休息。給了我這個8個月孕婦在2樓的房間，但是酒店並沒有電梯衹有樓梯，並對於我無法搬行李上2樓的問題表示無能為力。最後在據理力爭下才換到1樓更低級的無障礙房間。

Room was clean and comfortable enough but put into an adjoining room even though the parking lot was very empty. The door to the adjoining room is RIGHT next to the bed and the other room had a number of kids in there making quite a racket late into the night. When I finally got to sleep, someone came to their room above me at about 2 am so woke me up. No sleep for hours. I don't know why I would have been put into an adjoining room beside a family and why the room upstairs had to be occupied when there seemed to be LOTS of unoccupied rooms. Definitely put a damper on the experience. The breakfast was fine, nice to have the specialty coffee available.

The property and rooms were very clean and neat. The towels and bed linens very clean, fresh and crisp. The staff was very polite and helpful. I would stay there again during future travels.

It’s convenient located off I5. We were able to check in late night without hassle. The breakfast was good, much better than most free breakfasts. The rooms were spacious and clean. We had 2 dogs and they were also able to rest well.

Property was a bit tired however it was clean and overall we slept well. There is not much in the area. The first room had a very loud heater and we got switched right away.

Check in staff were extremely friendly and helpful. You could tell, even at 11 pm, they enjoyed their job. Room was updated and clean and I am extremely picky. Great experience!!

The best customer service and extremely clean and sanitized room. Breakfast was very good and fresh. The front desk staff couldn't be anymore friendly and helpful. I recommend this BW..
