It’s nice hotel with a lot of things to do, plenty pools, plenty bars, and plenty restaurants to chose from. I definitely enjoyed my weekend getaway with my fiancé. The room we had was a Junior King Suite Beachside. I liked that we was right next the the adult pool only access with a bar and adult only beach access. I like that they had golf cart shuttle transportation around the property. We walked everywhere, we only used it when we arrived, when they took us to our room. I like how ours not many room all together it was group villas with rooms.

This was my second time at the hotel, the first in 2019. The rooms have deteriorated with a very strong smell of damp. After some heavy rain during my stay, i saw water running down the walls - my room was on the 3rd floor. The food, save for at the Indian and Posidan Al a carte restaurants were mediocre at best.
On the positive side most of the staff were a joy to interact with. The location is amazing as is Sunset cove beach which is my favourite spot. The entertainment had improved tremendously from the DJ's to the singers. Such exceptional talent.
Unfortunately I do not think I'll book a third stay due to the conditions of the room despite the cost and the phenomenal expense of transportation should you wish to leave the resort

Nice hotel but the rooms near the beach are all dated, the newer rooms are too far from the beach and the shuttle can’t keep up with demand.

We were here 8 years ago and enjoyed our stay then and again this time. They have kept the property up and seem to be renovating the buildings one by one. Love all the beaches and pool areas. The specialty restaurants are great.

It’s an excellent place for vacation with family and friends. Massive property which is well maintained and planned. It’s a hour away from the airport. Would be great if shuttle service was available from the resort instead of relying on shady vendors. Food is great at the Ala Cart restaurants, okay at the buffets. There are 2 all day buffets but have similar dishes, need to be differentiated. DJs keep blasting music till 1 am which is annoying to folks trying to sleep at such a late hour. Waiting staff can sometimes seem not very friendly.

My earrings were stolen from my room. Shuttles drove past my friends and I repeatedly but would stop for every white person . Shuttles wouldn’t come when requested. We didn’t have water for hours. Couldn’t shower or use the toilet. There are no swim up bars. There was a group of school kids that were beyond drunk and underaged and they were still giving them liquor. It was a mess.

This is an amazing property. All the staff was incredible, great food, and great drinks! You certainly felt welcomed, and the rooms were a nice size.
I will definitely be back. The only thing I did not like, was the night before I got notified airport transfer is not included, and we need to find our own transportation. I blame ******* for that.

I really enjoyed my stay. The resort was beautiful and the staff very friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend and possibly return.
Only one concern, we attended a wedding and everything was beautiful. However, during the reception dinner, I requested a plate with only chicken (prepared with salmon & chicken). Instead of receiving a freshly prepared plate, they simply removed the salmon and added an extra piece of chicken. There was salmon left on the vegetables and potatoes. While I am not allergic, the taste is seafood upsets my stomach, therefore this ruined my meal. If I were allergic this could have caused a possible fatal reaction. Better precautions should be taken, to prepare a fresh plate would have only taken a few extra minutes.

Booked a Jr Beachview suite on Lady Hamilton side. Closet doors were broken; safe wouldnt open: shower door wouldnt open and close properly; ceiling lightbulbs burnt out so very dark in the room. The plus was it was ground level. Al A Carte dining was lack luster. This was our 4th time here over the last 6 years. Wouldnt come back. Italian and Mexican restaurants were disapponting. Staff super friendly Drinks were cold.
