Beautiful resort with newly renovated rooms. We stayed in the suites side and the room was very nice, freshly updated and clean. The beach was clean and relatively easy to find seating. To the far right is a swim area, as most of the beach is rocky and hard to get into the water. The location is amazing. The beach restaurant is still under construction, so dinning was limited. The pool lunch menu is the same as the restaurant lunch menu and fairly limited. The adult pool was a little dirty with sunscreen oil, bugs, and was warm. Overall would recommend and we will likely go back again soon.

Staff was great, very clean but they were under some construction which disturbed our relaxation on the beach but….once we informed staff they credited us the money spent on the couples beach bed without us asking. Highly recommend! Trolley picks you up and drops off at hotel which was very convenient.

I like its historical background, style and large private beach. Two pools. It's location a bit south of downtown makes for a quiet neighborhood....
... but also makes it a bit of a walk to downtown. But there are plenty of transportation options (bus, bike, scooter, golf cart, etc).
My only real complaint is there weren't many trash cans in the room! Only one small one in the bath. Had to use alternative options to get rid of trash.

The room was fine, didn't have a balcony as described. We requested another cleaning before we unpacked because there were hairs on the floor and the vents were clogged with dust. The property is still under major renovation which we were ok with as it only limited views, created dust and noise. We will give it another try next time when the work is completed. The staff was very friendly. They need more dining options.

It was a beautiful hotel, renovated, the staff was friendly, the views where amazing, amenities were really nice, beds comfortable, the shower was probably one of my favorite things in the room. 10 min walk to Duval Street. We will definitely return and bring our families.

We booked three rooms. One room was not cleaned, and the other room's door was not even closed after room cleaning. We came back in the night and found the door was open. We were scared and reported to the hotel immediately. No any feedback from the hotel till we left!
We will not choose to stay at this hotel in the future.

Palmetto bugs in room. Flooded bathroom from leaky ceiling in one room, TV didn’t work in one room. Buffet was $43 . Ate in restaurant that had too few waiters/cooks. Took an hour. Didn’t get refunds. Would definitely say don’t go there!
