The Hotel needs updating Badly! Would not recomend this Beach Resort to anyone! The food at the Resort is terrrible overpriced and not cooked well. Meaning you are getting a cold meal for $40.00 a plate. No Food or Drink by the Pool... Well I guess that means I have to buy everything from the Resort. All of the King Beds are Upstairs. Read the fine print when Booking..

Breakfast was nice. Restaurant on site was convenient but average. Pool nice and wildlife fun. Room very tiny and needed many repairs. Could hear everything outside and in next room. Far from Duval St. Friendly staff- but would not stay again, specially for the price.

I very nice resort south of downtown Key West. If you are looking for a great spot to just hang out at the beach and birdwatch - it's perfect.

Great experience we loved it. Everyone was nice and the room was really cute. The shark feeding and tortoises were great. Also loved the breakfast.
The only thing we didn’t expect was the extra resort fee of $80

Room was too small. Bed was weird, staff is not friendly at all. I asked for one bath towel and I didn't get it even after reminding them twice. On top of it, staff was rude not to accept the issue. No room service in 2 night stay. Worse experience, will never go back there. Property is good but expensive.

The Shuttle to old town was convienant. Should add a stop at Southern most area. Long Walks between stops. Need an Airport Shuttle

Property was overall good
The rooms need to be updated bathrooms needs more counter space
Need a couch or something more comfortable to set on not a lawn chair

The pool wasn’t heated - it would have been nice to use it but the water was freezing.
The shark feeding was fun.
The “free” breakfast was OK.
The beds weren’t comfortable.
