I definitely recommend this place . Had the best customer service ever staring from Kia at the front desk.

Been to Key West many times. (we live in Fort Lauderdale, so it's a nice getaway that is a short drive) Our preference is to stay at guest houses on the east end of the island, rather than staying in the busier east end. We rent bikes on arrival and keep the car parked. Parking is a problem with this property. They have what appeared to be 6 spots at $25/night, and 20 spots at a lot nearby at $20/night. None of which were available. Options were to park at meters at $5/HOUR, or to find rare non metered street parking. Since we frequent the area often,we knew where to street park w/o meters, just 2 blocks away. The room was clean and simple, no maid service, you had to go to the desk and ask for towels, soap etc. Comfortable bed and a fridge in the room. Only drawback was the constant drone of window unit A/C that barely kept the room cool. When I booked the room the confirmation email said that upon arrival we would be charged $74.97. What we were actually charged was $118.09. Even showing the confirmation email to the desk attendant made no matter. The included continental breakfast was sufficient, juices, coffee, waffle maker, bagels, fruit, cereals. The dining area was clean, well maintained and central A/C. Also included is a happy hour from 5-7 in the lobby with wine and individually wrapped snacks. Over all 4 stars, had parking been free and they honored the price we were expecting to pay on arrival, they'd get 5 stars. But hey, it's Key West, they march to a different drum.

Très bien situé! À une rue de Duval Street ainsi que quelques mètres du point le plus au sud des États-Unis. L’établissement est très charmant, beaucoup d’Iguanes autour de la piscine. Nous avions passé un chouette moment Dommage que le ménage ne se fasse pas tous les jours

By far one of the best finds we have come across while traveling! Staff was over the top friendly and helpful, made us feel welcome after a long day of flights. Would come back in a HEARTBEAT!

A good resort near the south end of Duvall. Friendly, helpful staff. 24 hour coffee. We didn’t take advantage of the free cheese and wine for happy hour, or the free breakfast but the in-laws did.

Tunisa at the front desk was wonderful. We were in the side house. Very noisy when on the bottom floor. The location is good but you are not at the Southern Most Resort. This facility is across the street.

Receptionist was wonderful and very informative. Had to call security when we returned after walking around duvaul st because we lost our key. Felt bad we had to call but he was super nice. The room was small but worked just fine. The pool areas are nicely kept. Nice personal touches like towels on each chair. One was heated the other was cooler. Continental breakfast was just right. Would definitely stay again. Very close to the southernmost point monument and duvaul st. Easy to walk around. Only negative, the on premise parking is $30 and a super tight squeeze. Otherwise this was a great find.

It was a very nice stay. The room was on the 2nd floor and was a small but nice room. The bathroom door was unable to open more than 45 degrees because it hit the bedside table. It is an older building so there was insufficient electrical outlets available. But the location was just about perfect being very close to Duval Street, the beach, and the Butterfly Observatory. I was a bit disheartened to pay an extra $45.00 Resort Fee and $30.00 parking fee per night. There are only six onsite parking spaces available.
