it was very quiet, and with garden view. unfortunately there is works in progress so it's a bit unpleasant but for the price it's ok.

Hotel Khajuraho is a beautiful hotel situated very close to the Western Group of Temples. The rooms and the hotel grounds are well kept, and maintained thoroughly. They give ample importance to cleanliness round the clock. The rooms and the bathroom, the bedsheets , balcony all were neat and clean. They provided us with hot water in the morning as well as at night. The garden area and the Garden View Restaurant provides good and healthy food, however the waiting time is a little more than average hotels, as they prepare the food after the order is placed. Room service is also available. The staff is pretty cooperative and helpful. It is a spacious hotel with a beautiful garden, where one can spend the evenings or mornings at leisure. Overall, I really felt at home during my stay at Khajuraho and Mr. Nitin Jain was really helpful in every way, during my stay at Hotel Surya.

Surya hotel is located few step away from the famous temples and walkable distance form other groups of temples that exist around. Location is really perfect - there are kiosks and restaurants all around, and, comparing to other big hotels, you do not need to hire driver to enjoy your evening in the central spot. Hotel is clean and neat. It is old school style, but very cute an cozy, with ***y figures, old paintings and books. For those who prefers the modern vibe this is not an option. But for those who enjoys Indian style, local crafts and designs this is the best. Hotel has a great inner garden, with beautiful flowers and breakfast served right there. Chefs are quite famous locally but prices for the food is super reasonable, cheaper than in fancy central cafes. Recommended! Rooms are clean, hot water, Internet and all other facilities re provided and functioning perfectly. And, most importantly, the team is very nice, kind and caring people. They know their business and help tourists with no lie or hidden schemes. This is nice.

Staff was very good, caring, just like India hospitality. This is so close to western group of temples. Garden is well maintained, adding to positive ambience.

L'atout de cet établissement est uniquement son emplacement. Un établissement surévalué. Et dont les tarifs sont excessifs. Il s'agit d'un établissement sans standing. Situé à quelques pas des temples et secteur très dynamique de Kadjuraho. L'établissement dispose d'un jardin arboré. Le bâtiment, les espaces communs, le jardin ***quent indiscutablement d'entretien et de propreté. Des années sans clients et peu de motivation se font ressentir. La chambre 216. Il s'agit d'une chambre kingsize, située au 1er étage avec vue sur le jardin. Le volume est spacieux. La chambre dispose d'une salle de bain attenante. La chambre est équipée d'une armoire dressing, de 2 tables de chevets, une bouilloire et un écran plat. L'ensemble est suranné et ***que de propreté. Le matelas est confortable. Le linge de lit est propre. L'entretien de la chambre et son mobilier mériterait plus d'attention, voir d'une grande restoration. La salle de bain est basique. Elle est équipée d'une baignoire et douche (non fonctionnelle), d'un sanitaire, d'un lavabo, d'un miroir. Tout est suranné. L'eau chaude est présente. Le linge de toilette est propre. Il est fourni en quantité. La salle de bain et ses équipements mériterait plus d'entretien voir des remplacements, restorations. La salle de restaurant est située au rez-de-chaussée. Possibilité de se restaurer dans le jardin. Les petits-déjeuner peut être continental ou locale. Ils sont réalisés à base de produits courant de gamme très moyenne. L'hygiène est contestable et les prix excessifs contenu de la qualité des préparations. Je recom***de de contrôler l'addition. Le personnel ***que de professionnalisme et leur hygiène et inconvenante. Impossible de payer par carte de crédit. Le cash est imposé. Pas de wifi. Je ne recom***de pas cet établissement.
