The Opera Hotel is well located and has a truly terrific spa. The staff were friendly, the accommodations comfortable and the service was excellent. I especially recommend the spa; I received a couple of massages, got a great haircut and a manicure because the services are so high quality.

Amazing experience. The staff is warm, professional, tactful, systematically helpful, classy people. I’ve been a regular guest in this hotel for 5 years. An adorable place, with a beautiful architecture and Italian decoration. The food is amazing, the rooms are very comfortable. The hotel offers many additional services, including a comfortable little spa with barber, hairdresser, massage, etc. The concierge will always help you with some little errands he will do for you.

Thank you for your hospitality and exceptional service. The hotel is wonderful with all aspects of the 5 star hotel. Great experience, professional staff, amazing food, lovely location and superb security measures especially during such difficult for the country period. One of the best experiences staying in hotels. I was amazed by friendly and pleasant people. Staff welcomed me with the warmest smile I just entered the hotel. Cosy rooms, delicious food and atmosphere of hospitality. I will come back to this hotel again and again.

Perfect hotel. Very professional and kind staff. I like how flexible is service and the employees can adjust to different situations. Food is good and accommodation is nice. I recommend this hotel to my colleagues. Surely will be back again next time.

It was my business trip in Kyiv and I stayed at Opera Hotel. I really enjoyed my recent experience in this hotel. Everything was great: staff, food, rooms and service. Exceptional hospitality from reception and concierge staff. Thank you for making my days cozier and enjoyable.

Opera hotel is the perfect place to stay in Kyiv, the rooms are clean, spacious and cozy. The staff is very kind, helpful and professional. I have to traveled during some days and the hotel not only offer to store my luggage but I was given the same room when coming back which made me feel at home somehow, I am staying there again for sure.
