Il resort è molto bello, la nostra camera con piscina a sfioro era stupenda, il personale molto gentile e sempre sorridente, purtroppo la qualità del cibo era insufficiente

Food … INSULT, CHEAP Buffet … JOKE! Ala Cart … $27 cheese, $38 burger! RUN DOWN needs MAJOR maintenance No water pressure in faucets BED BUGS at a group’s room … Complained … changed sheets! Worst in 20 resorts experience! Outside toilet … bad sewage smell Minimal staff Mosquito infested grounds AVOID AVOID AVOID

DO NOT COME TO THIS RESORT!!!! Unless you want no food! Bed bugs! No managers! No doctors! No wine! Green pools! No help! We have been to several islands in the Maldives and after paying £16,000 to destination 2 we can’t even sleep in our rooms because of the bed bugs! We have sickness and diarrhoea and they won’t even send a doctor to the island! It’s not just us everyone else on the island is saying the same thing, even a family with kids they have 3 children, one with an ear infection from the pool, one with bed bug bites and all of them have no food to eat! Please don’t ignore this review as I wouldn’t like anyone else to be in the situation we are all in!!!!

Kihaa island is vast and so beautiful. Our trip was such a wonderful experience all through. The island is peaceful and filled with loads of activities. Fellow vacationers were all friendly and all the staffs were diligent and worked with a beautiful smile on their faces. In all honesty, were made to feel like we were at home. I recommend this island to anyone looking for a home away from home.

Breathtaking, this is how we could sum up the stay at the Kihaa resort, a little corner of paradise because the service is incredible. First of all, the welcome is wonderful, upon arrival at the airport, the hotel representative is waiting for us to take care of us and our transfer by domestic flight. Arriving on a neighboring island, another employee greets us, takes care of our luggage and takes us to the speed boat to reach the resort in 5 minutes. Hot towels and cocktail upon arriving on the pontoon, the view, the landscape are as in the photos: just great. We are welcomed by Asim who was available for us from start to finish, very professional, attentive, he did everything to ensure that we had an unforgettable stay. From the waiters, to the shuttle drivers, to the cleaners, the cooks, the bartender, the masseuses and everyone we don't see, they were all smiling, polite and helpful. The room: it was just perfect, nothing to say, consistent with what was sold to us. Beach villa are closed to the beach, around 20 meters, view from the bed make our wake up unforgettable! Even in our dreams, we did not expect to have such a beautiful room: 15 meters of turquoise water, white sand, air conditioning, extra large bed, mini bar, private outdoor bathtub with also 2 showers: the best. The restaurant: it was a great discovery, lots of local and international dishes; cuisine influenced by India and Asia. There is something for every taste. We were treated to a romantic dinner, a massage for 2, a boat trip to see the sunset because it was offered for the honeymoon. The island is clean, very well maintained. To those who criticize: do not compare 5 stars in Europe and 5 stars elsewhere but in any case, we validate this Resort and recommend it because it will remain anchored in our memories. We were able to take wedding photos with the help of Asim whom we warmly thank, we had taken wedding dress and suit; the photos are just sensational! Don't hesitate, go there, you will live a unique experience! Since we had come back, we re thinking every day to taht unique travel, place and wonderfull people who work there. Thanks Kihaa.

This hotel truly shines in its service. The staff are incredibly attentive to detail, helpful, and friendly. A special shout-out to Basir and N.Shiva in the restaurant who went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable, enjoyable, and relaxing. They were always ensuring we had everything we needed. The hotel offers excellent value for money. We paid the price of a 4-star hotel but received the experience of a 5-star one. While the service is top-notch, there's room for improvement in room maintenance. We encountered a few minor repairs needed or slightly worn furniture. However, it wasn't a major issue for us. The all-inclusive option offered fantastic desserts, some of the best we've had! However, the cocktails were a bit underwhelming. We recommend sticking to wine or beer.

Just got back from a lovely 7 night stay here. The room was lovely, we had a beach villa, room was massive, beautiful view of the ocean and our own private areas to escape the heat. Was great having a bath when the rain storms came. The beach was lovely, white sand and the clearest water I have ever seen. Bar area was great with swings. Everything was always fully stocked. Went snorkeling every day, which was unreal, saw so many amazing fish and sea creatures, at night baby sharks come out around the pier and you can see the crabs wandering about. We really enjoyed seeing the bats fly around high above in the trees too and the little lizards everywhere. Non of which are anything to be scared of they won't come near you. The ladies and gents who work here are so nice, you are treated like royalty, everyone works so hard to make sure you have a great holiday. We didn't walk past one person who works here who didn't give you a massive genuine smile and say hello.how are you. The food was lovely, always something nice to eat, again all the chefs looked so happy to see you, and were always up for a chat, asking where we were from. Curry night was gorgeous, so many different curries and popadoms and chefs swinging hone made chapaties round. Brian always came over to say hi and force feed us some home made ice cream ( not a problem for us as we love ice cream and it was gorgeous). For the Easter weekend they set up a massive Easter feast, everyone was allowed to eat on the beach. We watched them set up all the tables and chairs it took them all day they worked so hard. The feast was amazing with every food you could think of and the puddings were all set up so nicely, little bags of sweets and Easter egg hurts through the day. Sometimes they would bring a bar out to the beach and have cocktail nights. We went on 3 boat trips booked via the diving centre all of which were fab, amazing snorkeling, we saw turtles,sharks which were asleep and a lovely sand bank in the middle of the sea. Cant see why anyone would give a bad review, it's an amazing island with lovely food,and amazing staff. Definantly return one day. Make sure you take high factor sun cream as the sun is hot and we got burnt quite badly. Thanks everyone for such a lovely holiday.

We have All incl and the buffet is empty the food selection is nonexistent . If you think that the selection will be enormous forget it . There is no Diet Coke , sprite , Fanta etc. No lemons available for your drinks , this is the standard 😞. No French fries no burgers and no hotdogs even if it’s stated in their menu. Half of the staff don’t speak English and when you ask for butter for your bread they don’t understand . Everything in this hotel is not up to standard specially the food is outrageous, compared with other 5 stars in Maldives . I would not recommend this hotel to anyone who expect a 5 🌟 hotel . This is maximum a 3 🌟 hotel. Kids club is very disappointing , see pictures , the kids pool is hilarious 🤣. Stay away !!!

Amazing amazing amazing! Don't believe the reviews of non genuine guests who just campaign to get free stuff. They use trip advisor as a weapon. Highly recommended, go see for yourself. It really is a once in a lifetime experience for the family.
