I liked the rooms and beds with an extra tv in the master bedroom. I did not appreciate the lack of ocean view.
As a side note for maintenance, the ice maker appeared to leak and the fan in the master bedroom was noisy.

I have to say I was pleasantly surprised!! Stayed there for 10 nights room b103. It had a lot going for it Pros: bottom floor, pool and hot tub was great and cleaned everyday! Full modern kitchen, washer and dryer, very quiet Cons: no tv in bedroom(I bought one from Walmart $88) no lock on screen door. It would have been nice to keep slider open at night, but not a deal breaker. they did have a fan in room because there is no a/c. I thought for the price was excellent! Reviews I read were not good.the furniture was not dated it’s Hawaiian style.There were no bugs at all (maybe they left food out). Bottom line If you want a clean place to stay without breaking the bank (which is very hard in Maui )this is a great choice.

It is a well cared for, albeit older, resort. We knew goin in that it wasn’t air conditioned, but with ceiling fans and open windows it was comfortable. The only real problems were ridiculously narrow parking spots and difficulty finding the entrance to our room. I think if they printed a small map of the property to share when guests check in, they could mark the correct entry points and that would solve the problem.

We have been here twice before. You need a car. The beach across the street is not swimable but great to watch and walk.
Many places to visit nearby. Better beaches 20mins drive away.
We like quiet so this is a great place for us.
Staff very nice, front desk to maintenance, clean, well kept. Love the upgraded kitchen and bathrooms

Since there is no air conditioning you have to keep the windows open and the neighbors below us were so loud. We loved the room and the property was really beautiful. The kids loved the pool too. We were really happy with our stay. I just wish they would have had ac that would have been really nice.

This was an excellent rental with easy parking and a very comfortable apar**ent. It does not have A/C, but we didn’t need it with the excellent breezes and the view was fabulous from unit 503. I might not stay here in summer when it is hotter, but the fans and windows would work well most of the year

Everything was pretty much alright except the fact that the units don’t have actual windows but rather “screens”. You can literally hear people’s steps from the bedroom. Impossible to sleep past 8am from the noises.

I stayed at this property on previous trips. Nice, clean condo with a kitchen. Affordable compared to other Maui properties. No AC, could be an issue during the hotter days if you need a really cold room.

Beautiful location with great views of the ocean. The condo was clean and well kept with your typical beach motif. The kitchen had almost everything you could need for normal cooking. We used the BBQs several times throughout our stay as well. The pool and hot tub occupied our evenings quite well. The staff was super knowledgeable and helpful, even let us into their magic closet of beach goodies to borrow during our stay. We will definitely stay here again on our next Maui adventure!
