Room was lovely and very clean, staff were very friendly. Location was perfect, right in the centre of the city. We will stay here again

First night room ok cramped
Service and food in restaurant v poor or average at best
Staff not organised
Veg options poor
Second night disaster with rubbish support from reception over repeated complaints about noise from next room
Reception had private mobile number of that guest so something v strange going on.
Follow up by James manager also poor
Expensive for lack of quality and service we received
Owners should be alarmed.

Great location. Loved the live music. Breakfast was very good. The bath in the room was the smallest I’ve ever seen though so impossible to have a relaxing soak and the bed was a bit too hard. We both woke up with blocked noses so I think there was dust in the room.

A very pleasant return visit. This time we had a lovely room overlooking the Christmas tree in the plaza. Ideal location in the centre of town with friendly staff

Ok Guys, this is the best place to stay in Kilkenny. You can not get a better location, wonderful staff, great room, the food is lovely. You are only a 5 minutes from the Castle Kilkenny and Smithwicks. The shopping is only 100 steps away. The parking garage is across the street. The front desk lady was the best ever. Honestly, don't even think about it and book this hotel. Beautiful. I travel from South Carolina to Kilkenny Ireland and this was an amazing experience.

This hotel was great. The food was awesome! Conveniently located and rooms were very clean and comfortable.

Hotel and room were lovely clean and comfortable, I do think the room bathroom could do with upgrading but it was very clean. Staff were all lovely and pleasent.
We were very disappointed with our evening meal in the bar but the breakfast was lovely. Would stay again.
