The man at the front desk was terse but he warmed up. Good breakfast, neatky kept up.
Beds good. Just looked like the whole place needed a refresh. Too expensive for what it is

Room that was book in advance, was put next to elevator. Noisy all night.

We had a wonderful stay. The rooms were very clean and staff helpful. We enjoyed the pool and other ammenities.

Rooms have plenty of space and are clean. Shower is nice. Staff friendly and helpful. Area is beautiful. Close to Lookout Mountain.

The toilet paper roll was not changed from the stay prior. It had about a 3rd of a roll yet. I’ve used public restrooms so it’s not a huge deal but just kinda seems like they didn’t clean well if they do that. Also sliding shower door wouldn’t stay closed. Good enough. Not great tho

We were able to get an early check in which was very important to our group. The front desk helped in every step to ensure a smooth check in.
