I thought i booked for double tree but the booking was actually for a hotel next to it which was Home2suites. This was not expected but the room was still very spacious and clean. I don't recommend the breakfast and the location is not great. You need to take a bus into downtown and the bus doesn't come very often. There is literally nothing around the hotel.

Good, clean hotel. People very friendly and helpful as always. Limited amenities right now in hotel but close to anything you need.

There was not much to offer due to construction.

all the facilities are outdated, staff are very friendly and helpful, rooms are not sound proof at all, overall worth the price

This is the first time arriving at a Doubletree as a Diamond Member that we felt being a member really didn't matter. We arrived after 1pm and the hotel was pretty much empty but we were told our room wasn't available come back later. When we came back there was only one person working the check in and a large crowd in line. We stood at the Hilton Honors desk and waited and waited for someone to check us in. Why exactly do you have this desk? We had to ask for our free waters and cookies. No big deal but we did feel like we were bothering the staff by asking We also had to ask if we would receive free breakfast vouchers. The room we finally received was just an ok nothing special room overlooking the front overhang of the entrance. I don't know why we had to wait an extra hour for that! Anyway the rest of the hotel was good felt new. The restaurant for breakfast was ok. If we didn't have the free vouchers we probably would not have used it the 2nd day Some pictures attached.

Great stay. New hotel. Finally, a Hilton in the market. They have a restaurant Cannery great food. Breakfast at dinner . Bed was super comfortable. Internet speeds food. Skype for over an hour and clear crisp signal. Staff was friendly. Beautifully desighn

Easily the best hotel in Kingston…looks brand new, super clean, friendly staff, seamless check-in (with tasty warm cookies), nice rooms, good food in the restaurant…shall I go on? Would definitely stay there again. Highly recommend!!!

We recently stayed here as part of a hockey tournament happening locally. We stayed there for two nights and it was really good. The children had fun in the pool and rooms were large enough for all our gear. The restaurant server was fantastic and made my kids feel special. We hope to return in the future again if our team travels to Kingston.

Great hotel on the outskirts of town. As a new / newly renovated hotel, the room was spacious, clean and well equipped. Had a very good nights sleep here. We didn’t eat in the restaurant next door but had a drink at the bar before heading into town for some food. Great facility to have next door to the hotel though if you didn’t want to drive out. Free parking.
