Excellent service from the staff, always friendly and happy to help. Food was delicious, room was exceptionally clean and cleaned well each day. Great provision of services in the room and all over the hotel, swimming pool was 👌. 5 stars!!

The staff at King's Conference Centre were exceptionally friendly and helpful, in carrying bags to the room, providing support and information. They went out of their way to make my time there as restful and peaceful as thy could. The rooms were very clean, the beds were comfy, air con was great, and the hot shower was the best I had in Burundi. The food quality, amazing tastes and variety were outstanding. I loved it and I will definitely be back next year.

A lovely place to stay in Bujumbura, the staff were so friendly and hospitable, with good food! The room is very comfortable with a good bathroom and a balcony with an amazing view over the mountains! Very good facilities with a very nice pool and gym. Overall a really amazing stay!

I had all the comforts of home and then some. Hotel overall and rooms are kept clean and tidy, and the staff are tremendously competent and attentive. The food at breakfast and dinner was enjoyable and right in keeping with Burundi culture. The large, crystal clear pool is an incredible perk. We stayed many other places across Burundi during our trip, and KCC was top notch!

Great hotel. Exceptional customer service. The hotel is great and well equipped but what makes it stand out is the customer service - not only the best in Africa, but world class. The pool is great. The bedrooms very well equipped and an excellent selection of breakfast. Highly recommended you won’t be disappointed.

I cannot recommend KCC highly enough! Comfortable beds, good air conditioning, great food, really attentive staff, exceptionally clean, a wonderful pool for relaxation and easy access to the airport. If you're looking for a stay in Bujumbura, this is the place!

I'd highly recommend a stay at KCC which seemed a safe place to stay in Bujumbura with very high standards. I had lovely clean rooms in both the main block and block 1, both with air conditioning, a shower and mosquito nets. The food was very good and the pool was a decent size. The staff were very attentive and welcoming.

KCC is such a wonderful place to stay. Lovely rooms, which are kept very clean. A great restaurant. The pool is fab and the gym well equipped. Amazingly attentive staff. And a peaceful and safe location in such a busy city. I’d recommend it to anyone coming to stay in Bujumbura.

KCC is a home from home, very warm, welcoming and comfortable. Rooms are clean and well laid out with large beds and a good air-conditioning system. I enjoyed swimming in the pool. Meals are generous and varied. Their cappuccino is the best!
