Kinka Palms Motel

The best decision I made was to stay at Kinka Beach Palms Motel just south of Yeppoon. We booked a family suite for my 98 year old mother and myself and couldn't be happier. The room was spotless and spacious. The beds very comfy and the location perfect. Walked to the beach and ships not too faraway.

Kinka palms is a fantastic motel, 10/10 jemery & louise have done an outstanding job on this motel, newly renovated rooms, great styling in the rooms and surroundings areas. Manicured lawns & gardens, exceeded expectations, super clean, awesome bbq area has a, beautiful resort style seating area with great bar bench overlooking the sea, clean towels everyday, extremely quiet location, close to all bays & ferries. Certainly will be staying here on our return trip.

I’ve stayed at this motel numerous times over the past few years, however my recent stay really blew me away. The new owners have done an incredible job with the refurbishment. The rooms are now bright and beautifully decorated and the quality of everything is top notch. I thought the little touch of the portable twin stove cooker in the kitchenette provided meal options for your stay. The resort style pool and BBQ area are fantastic, together with the numerous bench and table settings made you feel like you’re at a major resort. The attention to detail is obvious everywhere you look. Kinka Beach is just across the road, perfect for leisurely walks. Whether you’re enjoying a morning stroll or a sunset walk the beach access adds to the overall relaxing vibe. I stayed for two nights and honestly didn’t want to leave. The transformation is amazing and it’s clear the new owners put a lot of thought into making this place special. If you’re looking for a comfortable, quality place to stay with great location, I highly recommend this motel 6 out of 5 - it’s that good!

The well maintained place, welcoming relaxed atmosphere and location made for a wonderfully relaxing time over our four days. We had been having a lovely time with family but it had been full on. Being able to self cater here, do our washing and talk really long walks on the beach proved the perfect break before heading home.

Best motel in the area. Large rooms with a well-equipped kitchen. Scrupulously clean. Lovely staff who are very helpful. The outdoor area with a pool for meals and BBQ is a great addition. And Kinka Beach is terrific for walks and kid's play.

The room was spacious, kitchen had everything we needed, the bed was excellent we slept so well, the room was very clean. The bbq area had all you required to have a family bbq. Not that I swam but others in the family did, the pool area was cluttered free with outdoor furniture that was comfortable and towels were provided. Lou and Jeremy were fantastic just nothing was a bother to them they made everyone feel welcome. I will be going back can’t wait.

OMG WHAT AN OUTSTANDING LITTLE GEM KINKA PALMS IS. Stayed here for 3 nights for a family event and wow how perfect. Ticks all the boxes Clean/ bed amazing/ room size great. And best hot shower ever. Every thing is at your finger tips. Far enough away from hustle n bustle but close enough to everything you need. Walking distance to beach. The bbq area and pool area are gorgous and very well maintained Love this place will be back real soon

We hire out the motel last weekend for a 60th birthday party and what an amazing venue to have it. The owners could not do enough for all the guest's. Lou and Jeremy were very happy, helpful and just so friendly. The rooms are very tastyfully done with a cute theme of Palm trees ( hence the name of the motel.) The hot water was hot, air conditioning was cold and the bed was great... what more do you want. The BBQ area had absolutely everything you need to cook, eat and relax. It is a great venue for a party, wedding or just relaxing for a couple of days when you need to get away. The gardens are nice and there is a big lawned area where you are able to set up with tables and chairs and still plenty of room for the kids to run and play. All in all I give Kinka Palms a 10 out of 10.

Motel was close to beach, first class for cleanliness, pretty BBQ and pool area. Towels were changed everyday. The bed was very comfortable.. I highly recommend Kinka Beach Palms Motel, we highly recommend to stay here, the price is extremely reasonable compared to many other motels.
