Service was excellent, food was awesome, room was good clean and tidy, what else you need in such a place. Check in was quite easy. Staff was very polite and helpful.

No electricity, no wifi, no hot water, no heater. It was very cold night in june and only one person to manage everything.

Didn't able to get bus for chirkul from 40 km away and i told them that i want to travel but i can't because there are no buses and taxi. So i want cancellation and refund but they didn't refund my money. I didn't stay at chitkul but i booked zostel. So pols refund 778 ruppes

Hostel is located at heart of village. Cleanliness was good and restaurant food was amazing and fairly priced.

The stay was horrible, the water supply stopped every day. The property is good for bikers. Families should not think of this property

The stay was mainly prevalent for bachelors and backpackers. The food was decent but people who bring their car drivers with them m, need to be careful. Since there is no accomodation for cab drivers and one need to arrange a room for these people. Staff was polite and friendly but owner was rude.

Pros: 1) Food is very good. 2) Late night food service has been provided. 3) View is spectacular. 4) Electric blanket & heater has been provided. 5) Staff behavior is very good. Cons: 1) You have to carry your own luggage. If its ground floor room then its still fine, but if the room is on 1st or 2nd floor then sometimes its difficult to carry all the luggage by own. Helper should be provided to carry the luggage. 2) Multiple heaters they changed in the room. Difficult to find and tell the person again and again that the heater is not working. Please do a good maintenance of all the heaters specially in winter as its mandatory at that time.
