The hotel was nice. All products needing to be refilled are available at guest relations, you do have to get them yourselves. However this is what keeps the price low. Check-in & checkout contact-less via phone unless you choose otherwise.

We have been on a trip for 2 weeks this was the last 2 days of our trip. We had a layover from Sunday late evening to Tuesday and this was by far our favorite hotel we have stayed at.. it was super easy to check in, especially with our late night arrival. The room was perfect! Super clean, bed and pillows comfortable! We had everything we needed right there !! The pool was beautiful except it was cold and we couldn’t enjoy it!! Quiet, cozy!! And the price was right on top of it all!!! I would highly recommend and will most definitely stay again!! I believe this should be a 10 rating for sure !!

This place is amazing! My fiance and I enjoyed the property as it was very close to a lot of food places, restaurant and main *****s.

We did not get much sleep due to the extreme noise through the walls in rooms next to us. We had a child traveling with us who could not sleep and it impacted our trip.

This is the spirit airlines of hotels, any add on it charged. You want housekeeping and you have to schedule and pay for it. It’s different but can’t really complain. Our coffee machine was broken and they brought a new one, just no cup. Customer service told me to get them in the lobby. Second night the lock on the door wouldn’t open so I had to go to the lobby. Everyone is friendly and the beds and pillows are comfy.

It is the most comfortable hotel where I have ever stayed. The app solves everything, you do not need help from anyone, everything is available for the client's independent use. I will definitely look for this brand of hotels again wherever I go. I highly recommend it
