Bed was dirty. My kids bed has so many spots and in my room On a blanket there was dirty pad on it.

The water park and activities are the best part of this is experience. The beds are uncomfortable, not enough pool towels, not enough pillows, and not enough blankets.

The property is convenient to Disney parks and central around many dining options. Easy access to I-4 as well. Staff was excellent and the unit was clean and perfectly setup for our family’s needs.

Not horrible but there are better options. Room was very dated and this was supposed to be an “upgraded room”. I should have paid more attention to the location, it is pretty far from Universal Studios. Staff was friendly except for them coming into the room unannounced at 9:30am asking why we hadn’t checked out yet. I had requested a late checkout and they said they late checkout was at 10:30 (after they came in at 9:30). Overall, there are better options. It’s kind of in the middle of nowhere. Can’t comment on the waterslides as they were down for maintenance (which we were only told about a couple of days before we arrived).

Enjoyed having a villa opposed to a hotel room. Having separate bedrooms, a kitchen and dining area was awesome and the patio was perfect for a family staying a week. The lazy river and hot tubs were AWESOME and the water slides were fun. Wish the main pool was heated as we went in early January and it was cold. But we found the lap pool on the other side of the property and that was heated and a lot of fun too. Has shuttle service to some of the parks but times are a little hard…. You’re either spending a ENTIRE day at the park or not enough time but still an awesome service. Would definitely go back!!!!

The water park is amazing, warm water in the lazy river and water slides, the zero entry pool was freezing, I’m not sure if it’s suppose to be heated. Kid friendly hot tub was great on cool days for adults and children. The room was dated, but functional and convenient to have a full kitchen, 2 bathrooms and a washer/dryer. The problem price of the arcade and extra items such as build a bear and glitter tattoos are too expensive, that would be my only negative issue, glitter tattoos were $12 dollars each, suppose to last a week, and they didn’t last a day! We will go back to this resort, it’s beautiful, but I will not purchase anything extra next time.

Kids loved the heated lazy river. Condo was very dated, beds were rock hard, towels, pillows, and blankets were very limited. Bathroom was dirty, I cleaned it myself. Couch was old and uncomfortable.
