Best experience we where greeted with drinks and lemonade for the kids eveything was perfect.

Property was beautiful and clean and a walking distance to the promenade sunset walk. Margaritaville lacks Entertainment & activities. Still a nice place to stay.

The staff was very friendly. However, I will say it was annoying encountering the timeshare sales people in the lobby every day of my 7 day stay.

Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We didn't even really to get to enjoy all the hotel had to offer but the convenience of those amenities was nice to have. The shops across the way provide excellent dining, nightlife, and is right across the street. I did not love such a narrow refrigerator that could not hold basic leftover containers. It was also very frustrating that there was no microwaves in the rooms. Also they offer room service and then they tell you about the restaurant downstairs in the hotel but what they don't clarify is that the restaurant downstairs does not provide room service... The restaurants across the street on sunset walk do. But that went fine and Uber eats was great. The valet staff was very nice, and fast. We were nervous about tipping at first and then we found out that all the tips go into one pot and then they are dispersed throughout the valet staff that day. That made it easy. Maintenance fix our air conditioning promptly. The staff was very nice. There are a lot of pieces of information that need to be clarified... For example, I asked if they had a shuttle to Disney world and they said 'yes'. Then it turned out they don't have one, but they can call you a shuttle bus to go to Disney. So just make sure you specifically ask your questions ahead of time. Overall it was a GREAT experience and we would stay again But why..why.. do the pushy timeshare people have to be there?! Talk about the opposite of license to chill.

Very convenient when it comes to location and things to do within walking distance ( H2O, Sunset Walk). I called and requested an upgrade days before our visit and was assured that there was availability, but once we arrived we were told that there wasn't a sofa bed room available so we were given a cot for our son which took up a lot of room in the "living space". Our King size bed fitted sheet didn't fit and was never replaced after request. The employees at the pool check in were rude, not just to us, but to several other guests. There should be a separate express entrance and exit for people that have already checked in at the pool. Finally, a drink was spilled in front of our elevators where we had to walk and never got cleaned up? They only put a wet floor sign over it, but we still got to have our shoes stick to the floor for our entire stay. Simple things that should have been attended to. Other than our Bad luck, the hotel and pool are beautiful and the next best thing to actually being at the beach.

No complaints, pool area was super busy but a family gave up a couple of beds to allow some space otherwise be early!

Second time back in 2 months! I absolutely love this place! Such a great find! Excellent alternative to Disney properties. Even during high time at spring break, there’s so much room to spread out nothing feels crowded. Everything feels clean, it’s a relaxed atmosphere, I can’t say enough great things about this place! I love it and will absolutely come back!

This hotel is amazing. So beautiful, clean, welcoming, relaxing! You even get a welcome drink for the whole family! Staff is very nice and helpful.

loved the cottages. However greater attention to the cleanliness of furniture should be given as couch, fabric chairs and rugs appeared to have not be been cleaned properly
