Nice small place! We had a great time for our first trip to Orlando! We felt safe and it was nice for the kids to have a inside courtyard to play in!

The staff was not polite or helpful when I asked then to add my IHG number at check out. The floors were sticky and dirty. There was no silverware in the room. There were drunk loud young adults laying on the floor in front of our bedroom window screaming and cursing. Not a good experience at all. There is no way this hotel has the rating that you showed on *******

We stayed 8 days, was very comfortable, only thing was don’t walk bare foot in the room, carpet is dirty-bottoms of our feet were dirty even after a shower, carpet is dark colored. Breakfast was superior, such a large variety of hot and cold. I would stay here again.

Me and my family stayed in the suite it was a great experience the room was plenty of room very family friendly the bar was great the pool and hot tub also the only bad thing i can say is that our suite shower the water wasnt hot at all and the breakfast bread area was nuts couldn't make waffles or pancakes to many people in one area

First night, I was very excited hospital was beautiful. I called front desk for extra blankets as there wasn’t extra in the room. Never received them tried calling again no answer I unfortunately had to sleep with no blankets as I handed it over to my kids so they won’t be cold through the night. In the morning we woke up my son locked the safe and couldn’t get in I called front desk for help. And continue to express how I wasn’t satisfied with the service due to the inconvenience of last night. They took too long send someone so I had to call down again. Hotel is nice but highly disliked the non service given in a friendly time manner.

It is the first time that I have a bad experience in this place. I have been using this hotel for a while now. I stay at least once every two months and it is the first time that I have found the room with an unpleasant smell of cigarettes and the bathroom. In terrible conditions they have to pay more attention to this

The hotel is nice but you can tell it’s an older hotel that has been remodeled. The atrium area is beautiful. My particular room was near elevator A and the room is outside the gas station which was very noisy at night. They had updated ac but mine didn’t work so I used the two individual window units which made a squeaky noise. The room was overall clean and the staff was polite. Breakfast was good too.
