Ok, Let's get into it. The pictures on the website looks upscale as well as the main lobby. Now when you go to the room, it looks like you living in the projects in lil Haiti if u know I mean. The walls is horrific and the sheets looks like it hasn't been changed in centuries and rooms smell like a Bob Marley festival. The ceilings looks like a junmji jungle filled with spider webs and bugs. I looked at two rooms and omg that place needs to be shut down ASAP. The man at the front desk was kind but I rather sleep in my car then stay a night in the piece of ****! DO NOT BOOK. RUN RUN RUN.... Oh and theirs Drugdealers, Crack heads and ************.

這個酒店的位置，嗯，吃飯的話還是比較方便，但是出行的話就必須要有交通工具才行。嗯，我的房間門鎖壞了，所以睡起來的時候感覺還是不是很安全，因為他是一個開放式的酒店，但是距離迪士尼等的位置都很好，服務人員的服務意識也很好，所以總體來説還可以吧。

I would never stay here again. I never experienced a hotel like this. Their were roaches. The beds were not comfortable and made allot of noise anytime you moved. The Tv speaker wasn’t working and the quality was horrible. We heard someone complain about a critter being in the room and wanted to be moved. House keeping never came for all 3 days we stayed. We even requested house keeping all they did was lay towels on the bed the night before we left. I knew it wasn’t going to be high end but it wasn’t even okay.

Inside of the room the wall had wholes, the microwave was very dirty also with grease inside, security door lock was broken so we felt very unsafe and also the staff was very rude when we asked to change room

The cleanliness condition, dirty sheets and the bed cover with blood and urine were unacceptable😫 apart from the cockroaches walking around in the room.

My room was clean but smelt moldy. The walls were repainted but looked black in areas. I had experienced that before and knew of mold issues.
I was concerned the water in the sink smelt like sewer. Not good.
However, the beds were very comfortable and the hot shower and soap provided with extra
linens were very comforting!!
The staff, Maria, Rony and Ana were very nice. Made sure I was comfortable!!!
