Great stay. Clean accommodations and friendly staff. Would stay again.

The place is actually pretty nice and a good price. The staff are not great and some of the rules were not customer centric but over all nice stay!

Unit air conditioning unit did not work causing unpleasant temperature in room
Room was clean but outdated, bathroom fixtures did not work properly
Walls in unit are paper thin and you can hear everything your neighboring units are doing.
Management not responsive to concerns

Elisha at front desk, tall slender c male with glasses, is excellent! Intelligent and very kind, efficient. Protect him from jealous coworkers and promote when time comes.

Rooms was spacious, clean, had everything we needed short drive to Disney, shopping,and restaurants

The suite smelled of damp and the bedroom carpet was wet in areas upon arriving. Unsafe small appliances that need replacing. Crack in the bath tub and shower over a jacuzzi tub which made it very difficult to use the shower safely. There were electrical cables under the wet bar that were exposed.
Extremely dated overall. The adjoining room doors offered zero sound barrier and you could hear everything from the other room which made the suite very noisy at times. Would not stay there again.

Service was horrible, at check in time 4pm the room was not available and they don’t know when it would be ready. Front desk talk to me as they are doing me a favor.

The property is old and dated . When you arrive at the check in area you don’t get that vibe until your arrive at your room and you step into 1970. We stayed in a 2 bedroom villa and had two towels with a note that asked us to wash them . Well we were on vacation and didn’t plan on doing laundry . The bathrooms needed to be cleaned better because there was literally mold around the tub . And the outlets in BOTH bedrooms you needed to unplug the lamps (the light sources for the rooms ) to be able to charge any electronic devices. The building we were in the rooms below us were all people who lived there year round so the parking situation was a little difficult as well because they don’t move their trucks . (But are very friendly ) but I guess you get what you pay for .
