Hotel a good 4 star definitely not 5 star Great location, bus stop right outside to Paphos and Coral Bay. Would recommend Paphos old town, need second bus and lovely white sand beach in coral bay. Room clean, modern, bed comfy. Food very good excellent choice - need to book al la carte as soon as arrive as book quickly although 1/2 empty. Mainly family oriented hotel so lots of children there is an adults only pool though Restaurant and bar staff amazing with great service. Some Reception staff dismissive and not helpful Issue we had was the quality of drinks this was very poor. Limited choice . We ended up having to buy wine from supermarket across the road.

Daniela was excellent. Facial was relaxing and made my skin feel amazing. I would recommend the spa and hotel. Great accessibility except for a small step into main restaurant. Shame when they have made such an effort everywhere else in hotel.

What a place. Absolutely gorgeous hotel, rooms are stunning, spacious and very clean. Great amenities. Highlight being our 2 visits to the Pizza Pasta restaurant. The staff: George, Alejandro, Askas & Reja are the best in this hotel. So friendly and made our dinner with them an amazing experience. Not to mention the food is absolutely amazing too! All round great place, would really recommend.

On arrival this looks a beautiful hotel. We arrived around midnight with a fast check in and was taken to our room via a buggy. The room was great. Main area with a double bed and travel cot. Bathroom and separate bedroom with 2 separate single beds. Spacious, modern and had everything you need, Fridge, Smart TV, Comfy bed and a fantastic sea view. First few days great no issues. 4th day in however we woke up to ants and cockroaches in our bedroom. At 08:00 am I went to reception to enquire whether we could change rooms and also notify them. The day before I did enquire about upgrading to a suite but it was an extra 500 euros which I declined (should of obviously took it) when I arrived at reception I was advised to come back at 10:00 am which was when the reservations teams arrive. The room I enquired about the day previous I was told was still available, when we went back at 10:00 am the room had gone (fine it happens) we then waited for another hour with no updates or urgency from the hotel about moving rooms. They then offered us a room with no lift access and was up 2 flights of stairs. (No issue mainly but our 1 year old doesn't walk and the access wasn't the best with push chairs etc) They then put me forward to a Tui rep. In this time we was looking on their website which had other suites and rooms available online which I asked to view, I was also happy to pay the money to upgrade however the hotel wouldn’t let us look at them saying we had paid for a sea view and that the rooms weren’t sea views. I wasn’t bothered about this, we are the customer and had already paid our money. When i met the Tui rep I referred to having the photos and videos of the room for our reference and that I would write a negative review when I get home, it also wouldn’t look good when we get home and people are asking how our holiday was. Another hour later so 4 hours in total we spoke to another Tui rep Angela. I have never experienced or come across a rep so arrogant and unhelpful. She started by trying to justify the ants. “You're in Cyprus I’ve been here 30 years your going to get them” no you don’t expect it in a suspected 5 star and tui platinum hotel. She said the rooms had gone although online it was still showing rooms available ( this changed an hour later) she said the rooms we couldn’t look at as there was people in them. Why this couldn’t be told and explained in the first place I don’t know ? She then accused me of threatening staff (what I said about writing a review when I get home) what happened next was just disgusting. She threatened to remove us from the hotel and said we have to sign a disclaimer that we wouldn’t post any negative reviews or the photos online for the remainder of our stay and that if we didn’t sign it she would look at other hotels!! We signed it as we had 2 children aged 3 and 1. We had waited 4 and a half hours and just had enough. The last thing you want to be doing is walking down the street with 2 children and yo

Just back from a fabulous week with my mum n daughter.hotel is lovely and clean.next to bus stop,the sea,amazing restaurants.the icecream truck next to the water park was a hit! My daughter Emily loved the kids club and entertainment staff,Kelly Ann kept them all happy and entertained.very enthusiastic with loads of energy.the whole team were lovely! Alex on the bar was great also Maria,always singing n happy,u won’t be disappointed if you book here! Lovely swim up rooms! The 2 restaurants were outstanding service,can’t wait to come back!

Beautiful Hotel with plentyful Options to eat and drink, the food was one of the best I've experienced at All Inclusive resorts All Staff were really pleasant, helpful with special mention to the English Female Manager in the main Buffet restaurant who went out of her way to accommodate us at tables outside daily and Kellyann who manages the Entertainment team, warm, encouraging, Energetic and kind the kids (and the mums) loved her. She actively engages with everyone encourages participation and fun, there is a great mix of entertainment for all. Highly recommend.

Massive recommendation that if your visiting this hotel you go to the pizza and pasta restaurant it is absolutely Amazing! The chefs made it the most perfect experience for my family and my 8year old son loved them! Alejandro, Askas Xorxe and valentin you are just fantastic and an asset to the hotel thank you for the best food and lovely hospitality!

We stayed for two weeks at the hotel. Food in the buffet was delicious and enough choice throughout the two weeks which was nice. The roasted meats were cooked to absolute perfection and the service throughout the buffet was perfection. Thanks massively to Sergio and his team. The a la carte restaurant booking was a frustration for us though as we only got 3 visits for our 14 night stay but if you stayed for 7 nights you got 2 visits so not sure as to why it doesn’t double? The burger restaurant was fantastic and the service from Christina was sensational. The taverna was also absolutely delicious and it was lovely to try the local cuisine. The green and grill however was a little disappointing for us. Although the service was spot on myself and my dad ordered the steak and it was very tough my dad sent it back and the next one was exactly the same. We must of been unlucky as everyone that had visited said how delicious it all was. Now to the bar. Weather we were upstairs in the lobby bar or in the after dark entertainment room again service was sensational. A massive shoutout just go to Anna in the lobby bar who went out of her way from day one to give us some of the best service we have ever received anywhere she is a massive credit to your hotel she is lovely. David was also great. Only issue is some cocktails you have to pay for like a Long Island ice tea? Can understand paying extra for a fresh made daquiri but not other drinks. Entertainment team. Led by Kelly Ann who is the most energetic rep I have seen in any hotel she is absolutely fantastic and the way she goes around the hotel speaking to everyone and just being so positive and giving off so much energy is superb. Shout outs also to Tara Neil and Rich who were all a good laugh and may our stay very enjoyable. But please bring back beach volleyball!! Evening quizzes and bingo were a good laugh and the evening acts in after dark were great. Service around the pool bars brilliant daily marian and angelo were great and a lady called cassina I believe. Also the gentleman working at the beach bar. Room was very modern and spacious although not sure our room got swept 100% daily? All in all a couple of little things to work on I believe but we would defiantly return to the hotel and that’s the biggest compliment we could give. Thank you Atlantica mare
