SpringHill Suites Knoxville at Turkey Creek

This was a 3 star experience. The room was a clean but not spotless. The room was not serviced daily - apparently this is their policy but you are not told this at check in (or in advance). The scrambled egg at breakfast was abundant and tasty. Traffic noise and A/C noise is constant. Overall - a 3 star experience. The Dept of Energy chose this hotel. I would not.

Pros: It's in a very well-developed shopping corridor, so plenty of restaurant food options nearby. Cons: Rooms are a bit dated. Both traffic and AC are loud all night long. Neutral: Staff were pleasant and amenities were standard. Easy parking.

Very good hotel, within driving distance of many food option, hotel was a little bit hard to get out of but good location. Front desk staff was very welcoming both coming and leaving. Room was very clean and quite. Nice free breakfast. Only thing I did not like is the AC fan ran all night and was not working with wall thermostat. Good hotel to stay in and would stay there again if back in Knoxville.

This place is filthy! I asked to be moved and got an equally disgusting room. Both rooms had stains and hair on pillowcases and sheets, urine and hair on outside of toilets, lots of hair in the shower, dried toothpaste on the sink and fixtures, smears on the mirrors, food particles in the microwaves, hair and chocolate smears on the couch. None of the surfaces had been wiped down. Garbage and stuff all over the floor. I had to put socks on just so things wouldn't stick to my feet.

My husband stayed here for a night as part of a road trip. We stay in a lot of Marriotts, and this is a pretty typical SpringHill. The hotel and room were both clean. Staff were friendly and kind. There are restaurants in the area and a Texas Roadhouse next door.

I have stayed here many times for work. Due to COVID, it has been a couple of years since I stayed here but this property has really gone downhill and needs a deep cleaning. The room had a dusty and musty smell to it, so I turned the air off for the two nights I was there. I had wanted to open the window, but there was a plexiglass panel in front of the window that prevented it from being opened. There was visible dust all over the room, and the desk had this sticky residue all over it which prevented me from using it for work in the evening. The mattress had urine stains on it, which was disgusting! The bathroom floor also had dried urine stains on it was well. The furnishings were work and ripped (as seen in the attached pictures. I informed the front desk staff of the issues on checkout, explained that I was not interested in a refund or anything and was given a ton of negative accusatory attitude. Oddly enough I was not sent a link to review the hotel by Marriott. I will be in the area a couple of times in 2023 and will not be staying at this property again.

Dated but clean and well maintained hotel right on 1-75 just west of Knoxville. Rooms are a decent size, but no USB ports was a bit of a surprise. Surrounded by a couple of miles of chain restaurants and other hotels, so there are plenty of dining options without having to travel far. Traffic noise from 1-75 is constant and the hotel is aligned so every room gets a ‘highway view’, so probably not good for light sleepers.

Great experience! The hotel seemed super clean. The beds were nice. We stayed in room 305. It was very spacious. The staff were friendly. The only con was the pool size is super small. It was only comfortably fit 6-8 people. The location is great, right across from Texas Roadhouse and walking distance of many stores and restaurants. I would definitely recommend this hotel and stay again.

Nice, clean and very convenient would best describe our visit. We were on the highway side of the hotel so there was some traffic noise, but it wasn't too bad. Our room looked good except for the bathroom. Tub and shower looked old. The staff was very cordial. Breakfast was the usual scrambled eggs and sausage fare. Everything about this place is nice, just nothing special.
