Staff was not friendly. Restaurant was not welcoming and food was not good. Room was small and overcrowded. I expected a 4 star hotel and it was 2.

Very clean, very nice staff, and appreciate that they had security making regular rounds. Would highly recommend and would definitely stay again.

Natasha at the front desk was fantastic!
The road noise and people heard in the parking lot at night was a little much (if you have a room over the parking lot).
Cleanliness and comfort were good other than that.

The location is great for accessing downtown activities. The parking is expensive and there is free parking one block away.

I was under the impression when I booked my reservation that we had Continental breakfast. The staff at the front desk was not very helpful and did not seem care.

Beautiful view of downtown Knoxville; cute, clean, comfortable room...
Didn't like having to pay $23 for parking (in a garage under the hotel) and not being informed of that ahead of time
