Great place with super room and fabulous views over the inlet. Johnn the manager was super helpful, nothing was too much trouble. Food and dining room were special, roaring open fire made for a cozy at home feel. The single criticism would be that the bed was rock hard, I know some people like this but not us. Otherwise is a 10/10

One of the best places we have stayed. Room was everything we expected. Breakfast was scrumptious and service was top notch. We will certainly keep this one on our list. Access to the property is easy and close to amenities.

Absolutely breathtaking views and service! Makes you feel at home since the moment you check in. Everything was amazing and the staff were very helpful and friendly, assisting our every need. Lovely place, can't wait to go back!

The room we had was lovely view of the lagoon with a great breakfast. The rooms over look the main road to Knysna below which is busy and audible if you have the doors open. The staff were very helpful with recommendations and reservations for dinner.

Thank you to Ryan and Fish for the amazing service! Beautiful view and so quite and relaxing ! Was amazing to connect with nature again ! Rooms was amazing ! And the bathroom view was breath taking ! Thank you Elephant Hide ! ! !

Myself and my wife thoroughly enjoyed the hospitality and friendliness of the guest lodge and their willingness to make our stay a memorable one. From walking in we were greeted with a friendly tone and interacting with everyone at Elephant Hide and partners was warm and loving. Highly recommended!!

Wonderful hospitality. Staff were very accommodating with any requests and went the extra mile to make sure our stay was very memorable! The breakfast was delicious and the views are phenomenal. Overall a very enjoyable stay and would definitely stay there again!

A very nice and private house, with amazing view and everything you need is there. Enjoyed a message in the privacy of our house, and there is much to see in Knysna as we went for a boat trip aswell as driving to the heads, visiting some of the most beautiful gholfcourses. Breakfast was included and selection is very healthy and filling as there is enough choices to build your own breakfast. The well equipped bath is very romantic, the whole bathroom is setup for 2 poeple (2showers heads, 2 baisins and big enough bath)
