Had a wonderful stay, enjoyed the the whole property, the staffs are polite and helpful, and the villa we stayed was awesome and enjoyed every moment

the experience was nice and had a amazing stay. pros 1. location is amazing. 2. rooms are spacious,tidey and clean. 3. foods and juices are delicious 😋 just like home made. 4. hosts are user friendly and guides well on best places to travel and auto facility. for auto contact shaju bcz he is very helpful and makes our site seeing journey smooth and safer.

If u want spoil your trip u can come to this place. We have stayed for 3 nights 4 days oct 15 to 18. 1. No proper road - there is a mud road vehicle can't go smoothly. Need to walk 500ms or need to damage your vehicle for very in and out to this place. No service of taking your luggage even though its heavy weight u needs to take it to your room nobody will help its totally self service 2. Room- room given to us is itching we even can't sit for 10 mins, we asked for some clean room they charged 2, 850 extra over we already paid complete stay. 3. There is construction going above the extra charged room the workers work even in night as well as day. We informed to stop the work for more than 5 times they didn't stopped. Hence, we got disturbed sleep. 4. There is no fire camp. Even they didn't make arrangements saying the rain is there where the rain was actually not there. 5. Food. This was the worst part. No south food only north food. That too very costly and very late. Even a coffee order needs 40mins. No room food service. There is a vrindavan hotel at kms is much better taste, option and price than this hotel. 6. No room for drivers no food also. At least for curtesy they didn't allowed the driver to sleep in common area. Finally, if u want to spoil your trip u can easily come to this place.

It was surprisingly a very comfortable and peaceful stay. We had booked a deluxe room which was neat and filled with amenities that made the stay very memorable. For instance, the balcony facing the lush coffee plantation was a treat for the tired eyes and soul of a city dweller. We were sceptical of the location in the beginning, but the isolated address made the stay more magical. I mean, can you beat the sound of a peacock cawing in the morning? the management was helpful and kind. Food was delicious and could taste the freshness of ingredients like pepper. The sole two problems were that curtains in the ground floor deluxe room could be better as it did not offer us much privacy. The second problem was the road from the gate to the property could be level-led better. But other than these two issues, the stay and the experience were worth every single rupee spent.

We like the zostel at coorg. They have a specious room, amazing food and vibe is also good. Just a one thing which trouble us is the road is not in good condition to reach there of 500 mtrs.
