Aurika, Coorg Luxury by Lemon Tree Hotels

Everything was perfect! Staff was caring and warm. Property is excellent with great views. Ganesh called as the bird *** of coorg entertained us mimicking sounds of birds. What was aww was the birds responded to his sound. Kaushik, Rohit, Alok, Chawla, Chef Surinder and everyone were kind and prompt at their service.

I stayed at Aurika Coorg with friends, and all of us had a good time. The property is very beautiful, green, clean and comfortable. It is also pet friendly! The activities organized within the property are light, interesting and doable by everyone. The food is quite good and mild, satisfying every palate. Every staff member we interacted with or met was polite, pleasant and professional, especially Sayantan and Sowmya at the front desk and Ritwik, Rakenth and one of the trainees at the restaurant. They were quite accommodating of our requests and proactively asked about our arrival and dietary needs. I would definitely recommend Aurika Coorg for a short, relaxing vacation.

This was our daughter's first trip and we wanted it to special. So we booked this resort and it is very customer friendly resort. We stayed here for two days and it was very good. Full mark to the hospitality. Food was packed and provided to my baby as per request and that was really helpful. Food also had variety in breakfast buffet. Few things I noted was the French press was not cleaned for next day and all cutleries were not cleaned on room cleaning.

Aurika Coorg is a beautiful resort nestled in lush greenery. You can expect picturesque views, very peaceful and amazing atmosphere. The resort has a very well maintained tropical garden. The overall Property is very well planned and laid out, with beautiful, spacious and clean rooms. Aurika Coorg offers a great experience for people looking for relaxation without getting bored. They have varied set of interesting activities to indulge in. To name a few, butterfly spotting walks, bird walks, coffee plantation walks, etc. conducted by "The bird *** of Coorg", Mr. Ganesh and Kaushik. Their enthusiasm and knowledge about nature is amazing! Talking of Aurika Coorg's staff, (we don't remember their beautiful names) are the most attentive, very humble, polite and courteous. In short, super well behaved. This includes the chefs too.They prepared the dishes to our liking and served us few of the most delicious meals we've had in our lives! The breakfast spread is great and so are the high teas, lunches and dinners. Also, you wouldn't want to miss out on trying their cold brew coffee at the end of the coffee plantation walk. The bar offers decent happy hours for the guests to enjoy their drinks. The resort is also pet friendly, so you may stumble upon the cutest pets. They have spa facilities too, with well trained staff, which again adds to your relaxation agendas. All in all a beautiful experience! I'd definitely recommend it and would love to visit again.

I went there to celebrate my birthday and it was worth it. They very nicely decorated my room and gave me a complementary cake to celebrate. They have enough activities to keep your day busy. The people working there were very polite and helping especially Ganesh and Rohit from F&B.

I rate my stay 5 stars. The ambience, staff, service, facilities, and amenities were amazing. They even gave us welcome drinks, hot towels and food in the room on request. The infra was great but no lift. We stayed for 3 days and when we were leaving they even gave us a cake to bid farewell. The prize was also affordable. The main thing is that they called ''The bird *** of Coorg'' Mr. Ganesh who organized bonfires, nature walks, plantation walks, etc. Mr. Ganesh was very friendly and kind. The entire stay was great and everyone should definently visit this place.

I had a great time at in Coorg at this resort with family. The resort is amazing with nice property this is well maintained, good food, good location and amazing staff. Each and everyone is very helpful. Special thanks to Ganesh for the nature walk and tips about the drives around Coorg to see wildlife.

This is one of the best resorts I have ever been to, the hospitality is amazing, the food is amazing , Mr Ganesh who gave us the tour of the coffee plantation and took us on the nature walk was the show stealer .. every penny spent here is worth it . Even the view from the property is simply beautiful.

Great value for money, The rooms were very comfortable and the view from our room was breathtaking.We also enjoyed the delicious breakfast each morning and loved the convenient location close to major attractions. The spa services were outstanding and The staff at your hotel were incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout our stay, We had an amazing time at your hotel.
