Silavadee Pool Spa Resort

Koh Samui'de kaldığım ilk otel de Koh Samui'de ilk on arasında yer aldı. Yolun biraz dışında, yakınlarda iş bölgesi yok, o yüzden arabayla çıkmakta sorun yok. Otel küçük ve güzel, tatil havasında, pantolon askısını ve güneş gözlüğünü taktığınız anda birine aşık olduğunuzu hissedeceksiniz. Otelde ay ışığı altında ve plajın yanında olmak üzere iki yüzme havuzu bulunmaktadır. Sahile yakın oturuyoruz, birkaç kez sahildeki yüzme havuzuna gittik ve yarım günü sahilde geçirdik, çok sessizdi. Oda servisi de çok iyi ve dışarıdaki restoranlar için rezervasyon yapmanıza yardımcı olabiliyorlar ki bu da iyi. Konaklamamız sırasında, her ikisi de otel tarafından rezerve edilen Roof and Chill'e giriş yaptık. Çok yakınlar ve tavsiye ediliyorlar.

Charming, secluded luxury escape. The staff, and the service overall, were attentive, friendly and always eager to help. Although slightly remote, it’s only a short taxi away from more lively areas if that’s what you want. The hotel itself is peaceful and perfect for ‘unplugging’. It’s not part of an international chain and that adds to the charm, with a friendly local feeling. It also means it’s slightly more rustic than your typical chain too. We took a boat trip arranged through the hotel which was excellent. They also hired and delivered scooters for us at competitive rates. Probably the highlight was the in-villa bbq which was sensational. The food here really is good, with plenty of local options too. Although the onsite dining options may appear limited online, each of the 3 locations really delivered with extensive and varied menus. A great stay.

This is a luxury resort. Our Jacuzzi deluxe ocean view room is beautiful and comfortable, good in size with a jacuzzi hot tub in the balcony. The hotel gives quests the warmest hospitality, from carefully made welcome desserts, fruits, snacks, and more than you can drink, nice brands of tonics, sodas, and fruit juices, and those will be refilled once every day. In some promotion booking plans, quests can have a set of free afternoon tea for two, however, it is enough even for 4 persons. All services are nice, and many extra items can be provided on request. The hotel has 4 restaurants, all have beautiful ocean views, with very nice settings in very relaxing atmospheres. The hotel has 2 infinity pools, and one beach, with comfortable, creative pool chairs. Everything in this hotel is really enjoyable, and we had a wonderful time during our stay.

Amazing hotel. The breakfast was the best I’ve ever had. Champagne and fresh juice as much as you wanted. I got a lobster roll and eggs Benedict. Amazing! Hotel room couldn’t of been better! The jacuzzi bath perfection. Hotel couldn’t do any more. We even bought the robe and flip flops they were that comfy. Overall the hotel was lush. Would 10000% stay again. The pools and beach were so quiet which was fantastic.

Excellent hotel and service were also brilliant 👏 We booked the ocean front pool, and the scenery was the best ever!! Waking up looking at the beautiful sea was the best 😍 Food was also amazing, and the staff were so polite!

Disappointing Experience at Silavadee, Koh SamuiMy recent stay at Silavadee Resort, Koh Samui, left much to be desired, especially after experiencing the exceptional hospitality at Cape Fahn and Ritz Carlton, which set a high standard. Firstly, the check-in process was disorganized and slow, with staff seeming indifferent to guests' needs. It took an exorbitant amount of time to get settled into our room, which was already a disappointment upon entering. The furnishings were outdated and worn, giving the impression of neglect rather than luxury.The cleanliness of the room was also questionable. There were stains on the carpets, mold in the bathroom, and a musty odor that permeated the air. It was evident that proper maintenance and attention to detail were lacking throughout the property. Eating at Silavadee was equally disappointing. The food was mediocre at best, with limited options and uninspired flavors. Service in the restaurants was slow and inattentive, leaving us feeling frustrated and dissatisfied. Since the food was consistently bad, we resorted to ordering meals through Grab, which provided a better dining experience than the resort itself. Furthermore, it's worth mentioning that the beach, touted as a highlight of the resort, is often privatized for weddings. This meant that guests like us were unable to fully enjoy the beachfront during our stay, as large portions were cordoned off for private events. This significantly detracted from the overall experience and left us feeling inconvenienced.The breakfast buffet was another letdown. It was disorganized and messy, with food items running out frequently and staff slow to replenish them. The lack of organization made it difficult to enjoy the meal in a relaxed manner, adding to the frustration of our stay.While the staff did try to make our experience better, their efforts were hampered by the run-down facilities. Despite their best intentions, the facilities were too worn and outdated to provide a satisfactory experience for guests.I would caution potential guests to beware of the resort's rating, as it may be misleading. It's possible that aggressive influencer marketing has inflated the perception of Silavadee Resort, leading to expectations that are not met in reality. At the price range they put, it's a shame that the experience fell so short. The resort failed to deliver on its promises of luxury and quality, making it difficult to justify the steep cost of accommodation.Overall, my stay at Silavadee Resort, Koh Samui, was a regrettable experience. It's clear that the standards of service and quality have declined significantly, tarnishing the reputation of what was once considered a luxury destination. I would not recommend this resort to anyone seeking a truly memorable and enjoyable stay.

The best hotel I’ve stayed ever! It’s located on a cliff, far from noise, great views! There’s free shuttle bus to Lamai beach or Chaweng beach. The hotel owns an App to introduce everything and communicate, very convenient, staff are helpful! The breakfast is fantastic, super delicious! Eggs, drinks, fried rices, etc all you can order! Free flow champagne as well! We didn’t stay in a villa, but the view is good, room is big! There’re 2 infinite pools in hotel, and one private beach! We heard there’re some water sports available but the tide was too strong to do so during our stay! We had a great time, will definitely stay there again!

Beautiful infinity pools, mimosas and egg’s Benedict for breakfast, and excellent dinner!

Everything was so perfect. Staff was super nice and helpful.
