The apar**ent was lovely with balcony and pool. Unfortunately North Chaweng has been paved over and as a result is no longer walkable you have to really hire a S ooter or get a cab

It’s a really lovely apar**ent with a balcony There’s a nice pool As it’s a residence there’s no food on site you can buy drinks in the day but it shuts at night there’s a lovely place that does breakfast at the Chaweng Tara hotel (UK Prices) but the food is excellent The only thing is that it’s close to the beach .Developers are starting to block off access In which case you’ll have to hire a scooter or take a grab bike to the beach There Is NO walkway from the main road outside till you get past the Samui Sheraton You re literally on the road with the cars at high speed for about 700 metres A taxi will charge Yoy £6 /300Th for a short ride I tried to wait for a baht bus but not many came along. It might be worth the property getting together with the others and asking the baht buses or providing some sort of shuttle service for guest twice a day As the main road has cut of this part of Chaweng unfortunately.

I found this residence very close to the beach, about 300m, very pretty, very quiet and much cheaper than a luxury hotel. I spent a week in a very comfortable apar**ent of about 50m² with all the amenities. The staff are really lovely and very pleasant. They gave me several times during my stay maracoujas to make me juice. No, it was a very pleasant stay that I recommend to all those who want to visit this island and rest !!

Это лучший отель на Самуи! Очень атмосферное и приятное место! Приехали на неделю, но попросились остаться ещё на месяц, так все понравилось и почувствовали себя,как дома! Прекрасный персонал, номера чистые и ухоженные. Остановились в пентхаусе, номер на 3 и 4 этажах. В нем оказалось очень много интересных вещей и очень удобное и супер уютное размещение. Очень рекомендую этот отель к проживанию, вы останетесь довольны🙏❤️ благодарю прекрасного хозяина резиденции за гостеприимство!!! И персонал за заботу🙌

Nous avons passez un très bon séjour , en famille , le staff à était très professionnel, à l’écoute pour nos demandes , toujours souriant et aimable , très propre et chaleureux nous retournerons avec grand plaisir dans cette résidence

Super séjour de 3 semaines et qui nous paru tellement court.:. La résidence est très bien entretenue. Le personnel sur place est souriant et efficace. On a aimé: La possibilité de louer scooters ou voiture ou encore organiser des excursions depuis la résidence. Les services proposés. La propreté. Les plages à 4 mn et 8 m en scooter. La calme. Les tarifs. Nous reviendrons bientôt

Venu en famille, nous avons adoré! La résidence est très propre, les chambres sont spacieuses et bien équipées. Il est possible de réserver des excursions et de louer des scooters a la résidence. La résidence est a l'écart des deux grandes villes Chaweng et lamai, sans toutefois être trop loin. La piscine est un plus. Le personnel qui s'occupe du ménage, des extérieurs et de l'accueil est attentif et très gentil.

Nous avons passé 15 jours dans cette superbe résidence, idéalement placée entre Chaweng et Lamai. Les plus belles plages de l'ile sont a proximité de la résidence. Le personnel est top. Le ménage est fait tous les jours et avec une grande discrétion. Vous l'avez compris, nous recommandons cet endroit pour séjourner.
