Très bel hotel !

Nous sommes déjà venu dans cet hôtel en 2019 déjà. En 2023 nous avons vu la différence . L hotel et vieillissant et à besoin d un rafraîchissement. Le petit déjeuner buffet à disparu pour un petit déjeuner à la carte qui n est pas terrible pas assez de choix et les meilleurs choses sont payantes à la carte . Le personnel peux souriant. La salle de sport a des équipes qui date des années 2000 . Bref je ne reviendrai pas .

Très bel hôtel dans lequel on se sent bien directement le personnel est au petit soin pour vous et très souriant. Seul petit regret pas de cours de yoga comme annoncé. Il est vrai que ce n’est pas en beachfront donc quand il n y a pas de navette dispo il faut marcher pour arriver jusqu à la plage c est un peu dommage ou prendre un taxi. Mais l hôtel est de très bon goût avec du mobilier moderne une petite kitchenette et des produits de douche merveilleux. Ils mettent une senteur de limongrass en huile essentielle dans la salle de bain après le nettoyage et quand vous revenez dans la chambre c est juste exceptionnel. J ai adoré séjourner là bas. Le mieux est d’avoir un moyen de transport, moto ou voiture et la vous êtes au Paradis, près de la plage de Chaweng et Crystal Bay. A recommander à 100%.

Excellent hotel , the staff are very friendly, I propose to my girlfriend, the staff made an amazing atmosphere definitely will come back

Except for the fact that the hotel is somewhat secluded, I can still recommend it, and the price-performance ratio is perfectly fine. The rooms appear very modern and are kept very clean. Plus, I find the mirror effect in the bathroom sensational. I had initially booked for two nights and extended for two more nights for the reasons mentioned above.

Overall I don’t like because they are unsympathic in all ways. Everything ist expensive for what you get. So not good value. Lot off flies in the room. Unfriendly waiter in the restaurant who asks several times if I would more sugar in my shake before I tried it and is laughing several times. Very bad behavior. And they don’t know how to behave in front of the costumer at all. Unprofessional management in the hotel.

We stayed at Lanna Samui for two nights over the New Year and from check in to check out our stay was wonderful.
The room was spacious, clean, comfortable and bright. The hotel was exactly as photographed.
There were plenty of options for breakfast and a good amount of both shaded and sunlit seating around the pool.
We were sad to leave!
