Munroe Paradise

Very horrible experience and we have checked out at 03.30 PM (Check in at 12.30 PM-date 06-01-24)). From the photos and reviews available on the website we have booked for the stay. The facility allotted was not the one displayed on the website. There is no food available at the facility rather they said to arrange (from hotel) on boat during the boating. The food was below average, and they have charged Rs.225/pc for Karimeen fry which was hopeless. We have checked out after paying (they said only this much required) the boat charge and food Rs.2,500/-(Rs,2000 for boat and 500 for one meal and two fry) though they were initially denied accepting for food, but we have paid). When we have travelled back, they have called and demanded for room rent, which was not asked or billed while check out. When we have checked in, we requested to provide soap and brush, which they have asked to pay. They demanded Rs.1000/- as rent. The conversation was in a very bad manner. After reaching home, we have paid Rs.1,040/- (rent + cost of soap and brush).

Reviews seem to be very out of date. Garden very tired and neglected, faded tent right in the small garden - pity any occupant. Very good dream catchers but the hippy vibe and laissez faire service was not to our taste. Lacked professionalism.
