Sanatorium Perla Baltyku

The Christmas-New Year stay was disrupted by renovation works, with loud hammering and drilling, on our arrival day, the 21st of December. The same was the case on the 27th of December and 28th of December when I filed a written complaint to reception. The next day I sent an email to the marketing department with photos showing the appearance of the hallway, where our room 904 was placed, and the look of the hall in front of the elevators on the same floor, where one could see some furniture, beds, and destroyed equipment from the renovated rooms. In response, I was informed that I would get the answer at reception. At the reception, I received a copy of my complaint, where the manager of the "Perly Bałtyku" wrote (in violation of the facts) that from 15th of December, all loud repair work was stopped,. On the same copy, the head of the marketing department wrote a remark about the lack of consent to the price discount. Not a single word about the furniture and beds in the hallway next to our room and the hall in front of the elevators. And no words of apology or regrets because of the situation. No totally true. I have got, probably automatically generated, an e-mail with thanks for my stay and hope that I will choose the facility once again! It seems that the management of Kołobrzeg Spa has not grown up to EU standards concerning the customers' treatment, about which I will inform the potential customers in Scandinavia and Germany. Sind sehr unzufrieden. Ankunft 16 Uhr. Vollpension gebucht und zum Abendessen kaum Essen in der Auslage , außer 2 Sorten Brot. Kein Fleisch - nichts warmes. Wellness kann nur für den Folgetag gebucht werden, max für 1h/Tag. Zimmer wurde nicht gereinigt. Die Vorhänge konnten nicht geschlossen werden, dadurch war ein "ausschlafen" nicht möglich, weil zu hell. Das Frühstück bestand aus 2 Sorten Brot, 2 Sorten Kochschinken und 2 Sorten Käse. Rührei war auch da. Reichhaltig ist anders, aber Brötchen und Früchte wären toll gewesen. Mittagessen haben wir vorsichtshalber auswärts eingenommen. Das Abendessen des 2. Tages war eine Katastrophe. NICHTS warmes verfügbar . Brot mit Wurst & Käse , trockener Kuchen, etwas Eiersalat und ein paar Kleinigkeiten. Das war 45min bevor das Abendessen beendet war. Auf unsere Beschwerde bei der Rezeption sagte man uns lediglich, daß das Haus ein SANATORIUM sei und uns nicht geholfen werden kann, da das Büro am Wochenende geschlossen sei. Wir mögen doch evtl eine Beschwerde ans Marketing schreiben. Auf die Anfrage, ob man uns evtl ein anderes Zimmer mit Meerblick geben könnte, hat man darauf verwiesen, daß das Hotel ausgebucht sei. Als letztes sei erwähnt, daß wir auf der Dachterasse (mit Bistro) nichts bekommen konnten, weil alles reserviert war. Alles in allem eine große Enttäuschung für verhältnismäßig viel Geld. (190,-€)

Zu wenig Parkmöglichkeiten beim Hotel. Personal super freundlich. Essen war auch ok, wir waren aber trotzdem viel an der Promenade am essen.
