We were not warned that the swimming pool was not available and we had chosen the hotel for that. We chose the €24 buffet option for the evening meal but it was disappointing with only 4 dried out dishes plus one kind of dessert. There was also a very meager little cold buffet. No restocking apart from dessert. The buffet breakfast was much better but the pancakes were probably reheated in the microwave so inedible. Too bad because the staff is friendly and the hotel is very well placed geographically.

The staff at the hotel are very friendly, the room was spacious and comfortable and the breakfast was nice too. Our baggage was delayed and we were able to get toothbrushes from reception. It is a few minutes walk from the train station and city centre. Autostadt and the Volkswagen Arena are about 15-20 minutes walk. The only downside was the decor was a little dated.

I am very happy with my stay. The staff very obviously very well trained and pre-coming.
Directly in the city center is perfect if you want to go out of the city or to go out in the evening. There are some hotel parking places behind the house. At the reception, I was told you to log in if the hotel parks were all placed, you would find a solution.

We travelled from London to Vilnius (Lithuania) by car 16 of December. In Europe was very cold and snowing. Our car broke exactly at Petrol station front of the Hotel. 🤦♀️We stayed one night, but we will remember this Hotel❤️. Was almost midnight when we checked in. Nice, kind, very friendly Staff was helpful and professional. All our requests has been done in a minute. Bed are very comfy and after stress because of car we slept like Angels😁. Our Daughter ELIZAVETA enjoyed the stay in the Hotel and ask to come back in next travel. They have Coffee maker in the room, very delicious breakfast in the morning. They allowed us to stay till 2 pm for free, when I came to pay for late checkout. I used to work as a Head Housekeeper in Park Plaza Westminter Bridge for 7 years and of course I did some spot check. For Housekeeping only one thing I would like to say: BATHROOM very important and MUST to be cleaned up to Standard! But generally room clean, spotless with nice fresh smell. Beautiful hotel within walking distance to Centrum; we were able to park in garage across street for discounted rate of 7 euro/24 hours. The room was totally renovated, with new ”wood” vinyl plank floors, king bed/mattress, but still had 16 foot ceilings (made me wonder what it looked like 20 years ago); elegant staircase going up, but there is also an elevator. Mini fridge had everything you wanted, but we were also able to take out beers on top shelf and put in a bottle of our wine. We brought our doxie along, and the hotel is very pet-friendly. I am glad we stayed here v. Best Western (which is in a bit of a ”seedy area”). The breakfast was delicious which included hot scrambled eggs...can't say enough about the hotel.

A good quality and well run hotel facing the hauptbanhof. Although the area is busy you can short term park outside the entrance, and there is a free hotel car park around the back. The bar and good restaurant are in their pleasant ”atrium lounge”, and breakfast is good. Temporarily, due to staff shortages they were unable to make up the room.

A hotel located on the edge of Wolfsburg, 7 min drive, very quiet and careful. Unfortunately only breakfast possibility and a cheese hotel on the evening. We had a spacious room with living room and kitchenette. Unfortunately, the washing was not done during our stay and the 2 cleaners also do not use moist fabric or a dust cleaner for the floor during cleaning. If you stay somewhere for 5 days, this would be allowed for the price you pay. I would like to come back here to make a long walk with the dog, because it is located right at the forests in the surrounding area.
