Cozy and warm hotel with very good location. You can park the car infront of hotel, and walk to near shops or restaourants. Bazar is 2 minutes walk to enjoy. Spacious rooms and nice view in center. Breakfast has different food to choose and coffee

A total disappointment. We often go there with students during field trips but this time they overcharched. 15 euros per person for 4 meatballs, half a potato and cheese. The food was cold and tasteless. A total rip off! I definitely won't take my students there again.

We have just had an extremely unfortunate incident with the hotel manager Eriketa Koçollari. We came back to hotel and our teenage child went upstairs to the room. 5 minutes later when we also headed to the room Ms. Koçollari told us we couldn’t go upstairs and needed to wait until further notice. We tried to ask for the reason, she ignored us. I explained that our underage child is upstairs and we are concerned about her safety. She kept insisting that we need to wait for five minutes without further explanation. We went upstairs anyway, as we were seriously worried at this point and she tried to physically force me not to go. Luckily she didn’t touch me. Later, we went downstairs to request explanation for such an outrageous and unprofessional treatment of hotel guests. Instead of apologizing she started blaming us of being insensitive and comparing us to 20 other guests (there were two actually) who understood and we didn’t. As we turned away to head to the elevator she showed me her tongue and made a very disrespectful gesture. This was truly shocking. She shouted at us and told us that we don’t understand anything and “what’s the problem, I explained now. At that moment I was not in the mood to explain.” Extremely unprofessional, rude and disgusting behavior that should by no means be tolerated! The hotel itself is dark, outdated, not clean and quite uncomfortable. The doors seem to be very loose and there is no safety whatsoever. We didn’t book it ourselves, so had no idea what we were signing up for, but overall we don’t feel safe especially considering such a hostile and disrespectful attitude from the hotel management

THE ROOM IS AVERAGE.THE A/C DOESNT WORK THE TOILET AND THE BATH ARE TERRIBLE.THE POOL IS GOOD I LIKE IT.BUT THE ROOM I SLEEP I CAN HEAR CONSTRUCTION WORKERS WORKING.SO THIS HOTEL IS AVERAGE FOR ME NOT THA BAD AND NOT THAT GOOD.

Special location, right in center. Good parking. Spacoius rooms. Breakfast was ok, with many fruit jam and super capuccino for breakast. Helpfull staff, they help us as big group with all our questions

Expect of the location and the parking everything else was terrible. We supposed to have a minisuite that on the photos looked normal but in real the room was very dirty, the sheets were unchanged and also we found used watter and leftovers in the fridge! The pool was fine but the jacuzzi doesnt work and was also very dirty! We didn't have breakfast there because the restaurant smelled very bad! I don't know how this is a 4 star hotel, for us it deserves only 1 star! Very disappointed for the price we paid!

If you end up in Korca, this place is fine. It’s now a bit dated/retro in terms of decor, but has friendly staff, on site parking, an indoor pool, ok breakfast buffet and location is central (5 mins walk to beautiful historic market area). Overall, good value for money for our brief time in korca.

It is located in the centre of the city (convenient)! It was clean in general! The toilet was not aerated properly and so there was a smell of mould in the room! The breakfast was ok with the basics but there was a lack of quantities (the second day I could not find even coffee)!

We had a tour cycling Albania this month, and arrived in hotel before check in time because of the heavy rain we could not cycle any more. We made a mess with the reservations since we arrived 4 hours before check in. The hotel gave us the best rooms, and dried our wet clothes for free in their machines for all team. I appreciate this. Our tour guide wash all our moody bicycles in hotel cars wash place for free. We didn't try hotel restaurant for diner, because of our tour in city, but their breakfast was very good. You could find European food and traditional food like Albanian pie and many desert
