Es war ein schönes Hotel mit netten Personal die Lage war auch super 15 Minuten Gehweg und man ist in der Stadt und die Zimmer und die Terrasse waren super. Sein Geld zu 100% wert.

We've just returned from 10 nights. Leon is lovely/helpful. Beds really comfortable, and everywhere exceptionally clean. Pool is lovely and quiet and spotless. very close to tavernas, old town, beaches.

Great little hotel, ideally located just a short walk to beach bars or a little further into Kos town. Leon and the team will look after you well. The place kept spotless and breakfast is good. Nice place to relax by the pool as well, there are plenty of sun beds. We had a great stay. Thanks to Leon, Sofia, Olga, Jana, Manos and the rest of the team

Very simple, but all clean. Friendly staff. Good location. We did not have breakfast but it looked nice. Love the many cats at the hotel. Very helpful staff with transport. One chair was broken but was replaced immediately.

Leon the owner, is fantastic and can't do enough to make your stay perfect. The rooms though basic are extremely clean and comfy. The rooms are cleaned daily and the cleaning staff are always happy and helpful. Great location being located close enough to lampi beach and Kos town, but far enough out for peace and quite. There is a lovely pool with bar serving cheap drinks and food. This hotel is a diamond find and we've booked for next year already.

Fantastic budget hotel. Rooms cleaned daily. Great location for beaches and wondering into town. Owner Leon and all his team were so helpful. Very clean hotel.Good pool and its own bar and sitting area. Booked for next year.

Location was far and in deserted area. No shampoo, no conditioner. Rooms are too old and basic.

Hotel che dista circa 15 min a piedi dal centro...ma meglio perché fuori dal caos.Proprietario gentilissimo e disponibile.Struttura molto accogliente e pulita. Le camere sono arredate in modo essenziale. Un bel terrazzino..Colazione essenziale..forse mancava qualche cosa dolce.Per il resto qualità prezzo ottimo.Una bella piscina curata e pulita,con sdraio e ombrelloni circondata da verde.

Currently sat waiting for transport to the airport after spending a beautiful 10 days at this little gem of a place. Don't want to leave. Lovely location which gives the opportunity for a quiet relaxation or a quick walk into Kos town for a more livelier a**osphere. This hotel is beautiful and the family who run it are so helpful and friendly. Clean rooms checked daily have all you need for your holiday. Would definitely recommend and will be returning.
