Mitsis Selection Blue Domes

An amazing location, within a beautiful setting. The facilities are plentiful, and the food offerings are spectacular. The bars offer unlimited drinks throughout the day, and Blue Domes has freshwater pools running throughout its core structure. The good offerings were expansive, and catered for all dietary needs. The only downside which I found was that the rooms were not sound insulated, and therefore as I was at the end of housing section the noice from the service road was slightly irritating. Nevertheless, I would definitely recommend the location to family and friends.

Firstly, the overall experience and stay at Mitsis Blue Domes was incredible. It’s one of the most stunning resorts we have ever been too, always clean, and plenty of space around the resort to explore, relax and swim! Check in was okay, however, could have been better. The staff member didn’t really explain the hotel, or give us a map. He just passed us the keys and nothing else. Breakfast was varied with plenty of choice. Always something to eat and hot food. Service could be a bit quicker in the buffet restaurant however overall enjoyable experience. The breakfast buffet would defiantly benefit from another toaster also. The pool areas and resort grounds are incredible. You feel as if you’re living in a Greek dream. Plenty of sun beds and no issues with getting a bed, however, we went at the start of October. This could be different for other times if the year. More staff needed for front reception. Often had to queue to ask a question or for help. Desk is big enough for more people so not sure why there wasn’t more people to service it especially when it was busy. Booking a taxi was very long winded. We had to book through the concierge and then go back to reception to pay? And when there are queues this can be very frustrating when all we wanted was a cab. We ended up waiting 40 minutes for our cab to turn up. The beach was great with lovely blue seas. The food overall throughout the different places to eat in the hotel was amazing. We really enjoyed the choices we had each day to go and eat! Overall we really enjoyed our stay and would recommend this resort.

After waiting 14 years to return... This was the view from our room. The concierge were contacted and we received no response. Over £200.00 a night to look at a extractor fan, I didn't expect a sea view but come on! There were so many positives but this was is our memory.

Have just arrived home from a week here. We had a room with a private pool, near to reception (237). I stayed with my friend and we both agree this was a 5 star ++++++ experience. From the moment we arrived to be greeted with a glass of bubbly and wet flannel to refresh us to the moment we left, after sipping on our last strawberry mojitos we have had the most fantastic time. Food - outstanding Room - outstanding Cleanliness throughout the complex - outstanding We were given lifts down to each of the restaurants in a golf buggy and collected promptly once we were ready to return. The mini bar was re-stocked daily and staff were had regular contact with remembered our preferences every time. Lovely little touches like a beach bag, all the toiletries you need, Nespresso coffee maker, robes, slippers and even a set of scales! Beds and pillows supremely comfortable, ensuring we both woke up having had a great nights sleep. Large, soft towels both for in the room and outside. A special 5* mention to Mondi who came around hourly to us as we sat by our pool, and provided us with drinks of our choice, again, remembering our preferences from day 1. All in all, this was a very special experience and I would thoroughly recommend Mitsis Blue Domes, in Kos. If I was able to rate more than 5 star, I would. Thank you to all at Blue Domes.

Best hotel, one of mitsis hotel networks, in kardamena Kos. The hotel is very big, have lots of pools, and privet beach. Everything is included. The food in the main restaurant and also you can order at one of the LA cart restaurants in the hotel (Italian, Mexican, Greek etc') all fresh and delicious. The staff are wonderful and very helpful. The room is very large and very clean.

This is our first day at Blue Domes. It is a beautiful place. Our room is clean, big and the bathroom is very nice. The food and service in the main restaurant is great, especially from Irdi and Bela! Tomorrow we go explore the rest of the resort and restaurants!

Imagine expecting something great but then getting there and it was 100× better than you could even ever imagine! I read reviews before I went alot good some not so good but ignore the bad reviews because I'm telling you the experience is so good. I seen reviews complaining about food saying the serve the same every day but that's not the case at all! In the maine restaurant they have a range of different foods! All different every night and sometimes it's hard to decide what you want and I can tell you we didn't have one bad meal and that's just the main restaurant, the other restaurants they offer are great too and yes you have to book for the others but that is easy to do and they tell you to do that soon as you get your key cards for the room and that's the best time to do it so you can get them booked in and damn the asian restaurant is so beautiful, the food ect. The staff are lovely, Montez the bar staff member gave us such wonder service very nice guy, the cleaning lady for our room in 301 was such a lovely lady and gave is the best service, I even left her a tip, just made us feel so welcome and all the other staff members, kyan the bar staff member from the pool bar was such a lovely lad, I could go on all day about the staff we never had a bad experience and also everything is included, from top self drinks, bacardi, smirnoff vodka ect all inclusive with your package aswell as cocktails, some places say all inclusive and you get there and u have to pay well not at mitis, absolutely everything is inclusive we are already planning our next holiday there but not for 10 nights but for 14 because this 10 isn't enough for such a beautiful resort so see you next year mitis blue domes kind regards from Mr Cooper

The staff were spot on very friendly and always catered to our needs especially Elizabeth and juliano, he was always very pleasant and answered any questions we had. Also the man who came by the private pools and took drinks orders was a top man.
