Kipriotis Panorama Hotel & Suites

Yeni döndük ve ilk vardığımızda çok etkilendik, harika görünüyordu. Yer ayırttık ve odanın anahtarlarını aldık. Oda ***et temizdi ve manzara muhteşemdi. Aşağıya indik ve havuz etrafında bir şeyler içtik. Her şey dahil içki paketi ile kafa karıştırıcı bulduk. Personele sorduk ama hiç yardımcı olmadılar, bu yüzden kocam yemek rezervasyonu ve içecek paketi hakkında resepsiyona gitti ve yine çok yararsızdı, bu yüzden bu noktada biz Yanlış tatil rezervasyonu yaptığımızı düşündüğümüz için şanslıyız. Kipriotis Panorama oda standartlarından çok hayal kırıklığına uğradım. Otel odamızda yıpranmış halı, modası geçmiş mobilyalar vardı, görünüşe göre en son 90'larda yenilenmişti. Kelimenin tam anlamıyla her yerde mobilya ve halı ve malzeme yatak başı toz. Eşimin alerjiden muzdarip olduğu ve toza alerjisi olduğu için geceleri uyuması bir kabustu! Kötü oda standartları hakkında şikayette bulunmak için TUI ile iletişime geçildi. Rezervasyon yaptığımız orijinal otelimiz henüz açık olmadığı ve TUI'nin bize Kipriotis Panorama Hotel & Suites'i tavsiye ettiği için TUI otellerimizi son dakikada değiştirdiği için hayal kırıklığına uğradım. Bu otelde kalmayı kabul ettiğim için pişmanım. Kipriotis Panorama yöneticisine, muhtemelen halısız bir oda değişikliğinin mümkün olup olmadığını sorduk. Bize değiştirebileceğimiz başka bir oda olmadığını söyledi. Sıkıcı eğlence, 70'ler ve 80'ler müziklerinin çalındığı bir disko gecesi vardı. Müzik benim havam değildi ama adil olmak gerekirse oteldeki turistlerin çoğunluğu 50-80 yaşlarındaydı. Eğlence, genç yetişkinler için uygun değildir. Her şey dahil paketimiz vardı, ancak ultra her şey dahil paketten daha yüksek bir paket olduğu bilgisi bize verildi! Bu nedenle alkollü içecekler sınırlıydı, şarap berbattı, otel kırmızı/beyaz şarabı sulu tadı ve yüksek bir etkisi olmadığı için suyla seyreltmiş olabilir. Restoranın yemekleri güzeldi, resepsiyon salonu geniş ve rahat kanepeler. Otel derecelendirmesi 2 ila 3 yıldız. Lütfen seçtiğiniz otel hakkında araştırma yapın benim yaptığım hatayı yapmayın. Bu Kos'a ilk seyahatimizdi, bu yüzden ne bekleyeceğimizi bilmiyorduk. Sezon başı olduğu için etrafta pek insan yok ama gittiğimiz her yerde insanlar dostça davrandılar ve 'turistleri soyalım' tavrını beklememize rağmen bu hiç de öyle olmadı. Otel, birçok odasından Ayatalia'dan Bodrum'a Türkiye kıyılarına doğru muhteşem manzaralar ile yüksekte yer almaktadır. Odamız biraz eskiydi, ama temiz ve geniş, bir kraliçe yatak artı bir tek kişilik ve küçük bir masa ve sandalyeler, ayrıca bir çekyat. Dışarıda batıya bakan üç sandalyeli bir balkon vardı. Personel çok iyi, tavırları 'en iyi deneyimi yaşamanıza yardımcı olmak için ne yapabiliriz'. Yemek ve yemek seçimi harika, her şey dahildik, ancak personelin yiyecek veya alkol porsiyonlarında veya porsiyonlarında hüküm sürdüğü duygusu asla yoktu. Havuz sıcak değildi, ama tekrar tekrar canlandırıcı personel harikaydı. Başka ne dilersin?

Lütfen bu otelden 1 hatta 2 yıldızı tamamen kaybederek hızla kaldırın. Covid-19 var çünkü her şey minimum personelle yapılıyor ve bu da her yerde hissedilen masraflar (minimum mutfak, bar vb.) Hizmetler açık ara 5 yıldızlı otel kalitesinde.

This hotel is listed as a 4/5 star hotel. I would rate this as a 2 star at most. The staff that are there try their best to manage but they are grossly undermanned. This clearly impacts on the customers stay.The whole hotel is in need of a drastic overhaul. We stayed there on the ultra all inclusive package and I have to say that it was anything but that. The carpets in the bedrooms were dirty, stained and ill fitted. There was a flood on the landing of the fifth floor that we reported to the hotel. They told us that this was known to them and was an ongoing problem due to the laundry that was on the fifth floor. However it took them five days to sort this problem out. We tried three of the Ala carte restaurants that are in fact linked together. Even being on the Ultra all inclusive package there were certain items that had an additional cost. There were only four choices on the menus but there was at least one of each choice not available. Therefore with you having to pay extra for some of the food choices reduced the menu further. The food in the buffet was good with a good variety each night. However the tables and chairs were tatty and need to be replaced. The main bar was good but they did from time to time run out of the quality drinks that were supposed to be supplied and even on a number of evenings ran out of tonic water. The staff in here did try to assist but it seemed that this was out of their hands. There was meant to be a red roof bar with views however this was closed whilst we were there, and the staff told us that this had not been open all year. But is still in the advert. The pool bar supplied the drinks in one time plastic cups which were not what you would expect of a 4/5 star holiday, they are also not good for the environment. They also ran out of the quality drinks. The pools were good but the chairs were dirty, broken and dangerous. There were plenty of parasols but 90% of them were ripe and torn. We went down to the beach once and that was enough. The decking and fencing leading to the beach was broken and dangerous. The loungers and parasol were all in a bad state of repair and in need of replacing. The pool bar only had soft drinks and no snacks that were advertised. The beach shower was disgusting and need to be replaced. The whole pool area was scruffy and untidy littered with cigarette butts. Compared to other beach areas along the same stretch. It was very pool or Awful! Overall this is the worst hotel we have ever stayed in - the biggest issues for us was the quality of fittings, distinct lack of staff and limited drinks on offer without having to pay extra. Yes we did try to complain but with TUI you have to put it in writing and await a response - we did but they only came back saying we will respond within 24 hours but they didn’t and still haven’t - so TUI added to the poor standard and ruined holiday further Their rep on sight is merely there to promote excursions and will not /cannot deal with complaint

We stayed five days The room was spacious clean with an excellent view on the sea The personnel was very kind and friendly and responded immediately to Our needs The restaurant was also excellent clean with tasty Greek food We will definitely visit it again on our next vacation in kos

Visited Panorama in June as a group of four mid-twenty-year-olds looking for a peaceful holiday with lots of swimming and reading. The hotel is by no means 5 star, but don't let that put you off! We had literally no problems while staying here. Food was fab at the buffet, always loads of stuff to choose from and all tasted fresh. It was mainly Greek food and overheard people complaining about the lack of chips lol but we wanted more authentic food anyways. The on-site themed restaurants were not great NGL would swerve those. Loads of cheap lovely tavernas on the walk into Kos town. The entertainment was awkward to say the least but we weren't that bothered as we could pull up a table and have a few drinks and chat. The drinks aren't great but we weren't big drinkers so didn't affect us much. I'd say stick to mixed drinks or prosecco probably - the wine is vile. The staff just left us to it which I liked, we had no issues so barely spoke to them tbh. Girls on the bar are painfully slow and kind of rude but it ended up being quite funny to us lol. The walk into the town took about 40 mins and was so lovely to do in the sun. The bus is a bit of a nightmare as it never shows up but the walk is fine and they have scooters to rent outside as well which we made use of. if you are looking for a cheap holiday with loads to do nearby, a gorgeous beach just down the hill, and perfect weather, this is perfect.

Positives: good swimming pools, views from terrace, short bus ride into Kos town Negatives: plentiful but tasteless buffet food, large but tired bedroom and bar, gym closed midday-4 PM, pools not open until 10 AM, hard to book the a la carte restaurants even though they were never full and a suspicion that at least some of the food was from the buffet upstairs, vast expanses of marble and concrete but very little character
