Hatta çocuklarım yerel bir sakinle (Mikaela adında küçük Melek kız) arkadaş bile oldular ve hepimiz onlardan ayrıldığımız için çok üzüldük. Oradayken kendimizi ailenin bir parçası gibi hissettirdiler ve açıkçası burası çok özel bir yer. Bu 6 yıl içinde ikinci kez oldum - son sefer covid'den önce bir haftaydı ve bu sefer iki haftaydı. Bir dahaki sefere belki 3?

Sezon açılmadan hemen önce sıcak bir aile karşılaması çok olumluydu.....George'a teşekkür ederim. Dostça ve yardımsever bir başlangıç ​​büyük fark yarattı. Adil olmak gerekirse, bazı tesisler mevcut olmadığından daha fazla puan veremedim, ancak burası kesinlikle Kos'un kuzey kıyısını keşfe**ek için harika bir yer.

We've just returned from a 10 day stay at the Golden Sun Apartments. There were 16 of us in total and we all had a wonderful time. The apartments are family run and you are made to feel so welcome from the minute you arrive. Special thanks to Soula who made our stay so great and was always on hand to assist us, even keeping the snack bar open late for us when we wanted to have dinner round the pool. The apartments are situated in a great location. A short walk to the main ***** with plenty of bars and restaurants. A short walk to the beautiful beach and a great bakery a few minutes away. You have wonderful views of the mountains, salt lake and farm land. The area is peaceful and quiet, yet close to all amenities. We stayed in a 2 bedroom apartment which although dated was spotlessly clean and comfortable. It included all you need for a self catering holiday, fridge, kettle and cooking rings. It also had air con and mosquito nets on all window and doors which is a great addition. The pool area is lovely and clean. A decent sized pool (very deep!) and a nice children's pool with slide. A little enclosed play park which was a godsend for the children as well as a pool table. The snack bar was great and everything we had from there was fresh and delicious, especially the homemade chips. It had a great selection of food as well as crepes and ice creams. A massive hit with the children! If we return to Kos which we hope we will, we would not hesitate to stay here again. Missing it already!

Amazing views, great location and a better family running the hotel, fully recommend

Friendly family run business, highly recommended! Stayed here for the second time for two weeks with our two kids and my partners mother. Had a great time in the pool, well looked after throughout by the family and great food served at the pool bar! Also makes a great base for exploring the island as sits roughly in the middle of Kos’s coastline. Guaranteed a warm welcome and a great stay, we will be back!

We had 2 weeks family holidays in June. Area around is so beautiful, close to the beach, amazing sunset. And then hotel owners is soo friendly and nice people. Thank you so much for great holidays...

Myself and my family (2 adults and 2 young children) have just returned from Golden Sun. We have had the best time at this lovely little gem of a hotel. Firstly, I want to give a huge thank you to George who was so helpful during the booking process. We booked our holiday less than 24 hours in advance and George was extremely helpful in accommodating rooms and dates for us to ensure we managed to come on the dates we needed. He also very kindly arranged our transfer from the airport too which was such a help for us travelling with a child with additional needs - no waiting around for taxis outside the airport. Secondly I would like to comment on the hospitality provided by Chrysoula and John. The food they made in the snack back was lovely. They work so hard to make sure all the guests are looked after and were especially accommodating with our children's food allergies. Chrysoula also arranged our return transfer and kept the bar area open for us while we waited to be taken to the airport fairly late at night which was such a lovely thing to do. The apartments themselves are situated in a perfect location. Extremely close the the ***** with bars restaurants, the beach and minutes walk from a lovely bakery too. This is a small , friendly and family run accommodation and due to this you are made to feel so welcome and feel part of the family for your stay. The pool area is lovely and relaxed, there are no reserving of sunbeds early in the morning like some accommodation we have stayed in. They are plenty of sunbeds and tables to eat at. There is also a fully enclosed children's play area with swings and a trampoline which was a godsend for our 6 year old with additional needs who likes to run off as it meant she was safe and able to play without a worry of her running into danger. The rooms are typical Greek apartments, they are very clean and have everything you need for a comfortable stay. The aircon is needed for night time as the rooms do get quite warm but there are also mosquito nets on the balcony door which allowed us to keep the door open during the day to let the air in without worrying about the mosquitos. The views from the balconies are beautiful, looking out onto farm land, the the salt lake and mountains. The food served in the snack bar is lovely, fresh, home cooked food and there is quite a selection to choose from - the club sandwich was a firm favourite along with the freshly made chips. I also want to add how brilliant Chrysoula was with our children , she made such and effort to get to know them. Having a child with additional needs who can sometimes display extremely challenging behaviour can sometimes be a worry on holiday but all staff and guests were extremely accepting and not judgemental in any way which was so refreshing. The whole holiday has been lovely. Tigaki is a beautiful resort. The beach is excellent and the people are so so friendly and accommodating. We really hope to return to Golden Sun in the future
