Utopia Blu Hotel

We had an amazing stay here. Check in was quick and we couldn’t believe our luck when we got upgraded to a junior suite with a hot tub on the balcony! Wow! The maid came every day and was so friendly. A special mention to the amazing bar staff, who went above and beyond to make our stay so memorable; Haris, Alexandros, Erind and Konstantinos. The food was really nice and the snack bar at the children’s pool has the best toasties and crepes made by Katerina. We did go into Tigaki a couple of nights for food, there are some really nice restaurants and only a few minutes walk away. The pools are really clean but the only fault is that if you aren’t sunbathing by the pool in your block of rooms, then there are no toilets anywhere apart from in the middle of the resort at the snack bar. So you literally have to keep popping back to your room, this was a pain on our last day as we had to check out at 11am, so had to keep going to the main reception to use the toilet. A water dispenser would have been useful in the main reception, as the bar doesn’t open until 5pm, we were really thirsty waiting for our transfer, so I had to walk to one of the pool bars to fetch drinks. All on all an amazing stay and we will definitely be back.

Our experience at Utopia Blu was incredible. The room, bar staff, food and facilities were all top notch. The place is nice and well spread out, which means none of the pools or public spaces ever feel too busy. The entertainment team really stood out during our week there. Jerry and his team did an amazing job at keeping all of us (little one included) busy and entertained! From karaoke to sports, quizzes, kids club and dancing, they really know how to make a stay unforgettable. I cannot stress enough how positive of an impact this had on our stay. Thanks to them - we’ll definitely be back!

We came for our honeymoon, first off the hotel is lovely, clean, beautiful hotel. The 2 restaurants on site are the show stopper the food is amazing 5 courses some food we wouldn't normally try but was lovely! Spa is 10/10 main restaurant is OK, breakfast and lunch were our favourite, we are fussy so Monday was fish night not good for us. We did eat out at asian wok 5 mins walk towards beach which was nice. And went to zia which the hotel arranged a taxi for us. Entertainment is good different every night. Staff are lovely but slow service at peak times. Amr was the best server by far! Supermarket is literally outside which is great, beach is 10 mins walk with lots of shops on the way down and restaurants. Great holiday all round. We have kids so wouldn't come as a family as I think my kids would be bored but as 2 adults it was a lovely break! Recommend highly

Amazing holiday! Literally can't fault the hotel. Most chilled hotel I've been to abroad! Super modern and beautiful well kept grounds in a great location. We stayed in a junior suite with a jacuzzi (which was a lovely addition) Lovely food and lots of chpice! The staff work so hard to keep guests happy, shout out to Alex and Fotis who looked after us throughout our stay! Lots of banter! The entertainment team are all fabulous and so talented. We loved the Michael Jackson show. Jerry and Jen are amazing vocalists and Msamo is a great dancer. Lorenzo, Mia and the rest of the team put so much passion and energy in to the daytime and evening entertainment and have made our holiday super enjoyable. We will definitely be looking to return next year :) Thank you Utopia Blu!

We were pleasantly surprised by the whole experience from the food, the entertainment team to the room. We haven't seen this level of hospitality in any other hotel. Utopia Blu has given us an amazing honeymoon and we will be returning for sure.

The greatest hotel I have ever been to!!! The food is tasty, the show was amazing. I mean everything is incredible and amazing, I hope to get back here as soon as possible. Love the people here and cocktails it feels like they have a alcohol in them

this was a lovely hotel, with very helpful friendly staff. The room was comfortable if slightly small. The bathroom was quite sizeable in comparison and it has an amazing rain shower. food and drink were good - the buffet food was of good quality with plenty of choice. bar service when we were there was very good. pools are not heated so water was really cold which meant we didn't use it much. also for short legged people the chairs were uncomfortable to sit in - felt they were bought for the look rather than the comfort of guests. the hotel is really well situated - there's a great supermarket just over the road selling all those things you have forgotten!!! and the bus stop to get into Kos Town is there too - but be aware queuing is a thing not done by many getting the bus!!! the walk to the beaches easy and flat and you pass the local restaurants bars and shops which are worth a visit. we will definitely consider a return visit

Booked this holiday over 2 years ago and couldn’t go due to personal reasons but we have had a difficult 2 years 😢 and my daughter son & I needed this holiday so much. So I emailed the hotel to make a couple of requests for my daughters birthday and book a meal and the amazing service started there Manos the guest relations manager could not have helped me more. So on the day we arrived it was the wow factor what a truly beautiful place the hotel is modern & clean set in lovely grounds the service was amazing everywhere from all the staff we were upgraded to a hot tub room and this truly made our holiday even better it was beautiful my son & daughter loved it so much. There is a large bottle of water every day in your room and you can get it filled at the bars but we just went over the road to buy some small bottles of water the supermarket is great and very reasonable. The donuts are a must lol. The pools are lovely and it was so relaxing you could not help but smile there are several pool bars ,the breakfast were amazing and the lunches were really good you could always manage to find something you like. There is also a snack bar near the children’s pool serving toasties & crepes this is lovely. The al carte restaurants are beautiful our favourite being the Mediterranean it was lovely to eat outside wine by the glass & drinks are part of your all inclusive here and only bottles of wine and premium spirits are chargeable . People say you have to pay for drinks but you don’t. My daughter had a massage which she said was very good and she enjoyed the gym as well. Tigaki is a lovely place and the beach is beautiful all around are the mountains as a back drop it’s about a 20 minute walk to the end of the beach where the Utopia Blu has sun beds you can get a bus if you don’t want to walk but we enjoyed the walk they have cold water for you at the beach and there is a little supermarket to buy crisps ice creams & bottles of drinks. The bars & cafes are lovely on the way to the beach and great to grab a drink and lunch or dinner for a change . The bus to Kos is opposite the hotel and must as it’s a beautiful place we had lunch on the sea front & cocktails it was a lovely day there . We went to Zia in a taxi we just went to reception to book and it was there in 5 minutes it cost €19 there and the restaurant booked one for us to come back again €19 it is well worth the visit we ate at Oromedon which I can recommend food was gorgeous. Zia is so nice with cute gift shops and the sunset view from the top spectacular. Last but not least the staff are the real jewel in this hotel everyone was so lovely did not meet anyone who was not kind & helpful but our special thanks to Manos you are a true gentleman with a lovely heart and the staff at the Meraki bar were amazing and made our holiday more fun special thanks to Alex Chris Elena Harry & Amr you all made us so welcome and the service and drinks you gave us was the best . Came to Utopia Blu for a week with family and had a really lovely time. We had a swim up room which made it for us really and it’s definitely worth the extra money for that. I used the spa which is extra but also worth it for a relaxing massage to get in the holiday spirit. Really modern hotel and a great, bright and clean room. It’s a definite four star hotel but some improvements could definitely be made. The food was great, a good selection most evenings and very tasty as a whole but the main dining room has an atmosphere of a secondary school dinner hall and the food area is way too small for the amount of people that want to eat Lunchtimes are however, very repetitive and I hope you like gyros for lunch every day! The staff as a whole are lovely, happy to help and always say hello but found that maybe a couple of individuals didn’t particularly like English people and made sure we knew about it.
