Tesise ağustos ayının başında vardık, personel başlangıçta dost canlısı görünüyordu ve ev için parayı verdikten hemen sonra bizi rahatlatmak için soru üstüne soru sormaya başladılar, sahibi her şeye hazır görünüyordu. Dairelerin fotoğraflara hiç de sadık olmadığı varsayımıyla başlayalım, küçük ve kötü organize edilmiş bir apartman dairesinde 5 kız tek bir gardıropa ve berbat bir aydınlatmaya sahip, çift kişilik yatak olarak bir araya getirilmiş tek kişilik yataklardan geçiyorlar, korkunç temizlik yapılmaması kalışımızın ilk saatlerinden itibaren su baskını yaşadığımızı, ev fiyatlarının çok yüksek olduğunu, buna değmez diyebilirseniz, balkonların dışında salyangozlar ve buzdolabında hamamböceği bulduk, yüzme havuzu görünüyor Fotoğraflarda olimpik büyüklükte ama sığ Küçük ama her şeyden önce temizlikten yoksun, hatta gece boyunca biraz saç gördük. Hiç memnun kalmadık. Ama bardağı taşıran damla son akşam oldu, yapıda vakit geçirebileceğimiz bir yer bulduktan sonra, hiçbir şey söylemeden o konforları elimizden aldılar, bize sadece bir sandalye bıraktılar, sahibi çok kazanıyor ve yüzdeleri var sanırım Her ne tavsiye ederse etsin, sonunda her şeyden memnun kalmamanı, eğer geri dönebilseydim, bana para verseler bile geri dönmezdim!

Arkadaşlarımla birlikte bu oteldeydim, 14 kişilik bir gruptuk, hepimiz özellikle otel sahibiyle sorunlarla karşılaştık. Odamda ilk günden itibaren kapı kolu çalışmıyordu, her dışarı çıkmak zorunda kaldığımızda kapıyı nasıl açacağımızı bulmak zorundaydık; ayrıca berbat bir küf ve nem kokusu vardı ama bu minimum miktardı. Yanımdaki odada bazı arkadaşlarım her yerden onlarca hamam böceğinin çıktığını gördüler, oda bu böceklerin istilasına uğramış durumdaydı, biz bunu sahibine bildirdiğimizde şaka yollu, yapmaya tenezzül ettiği tek şey şuydu: basit bir böcek spreyi vermek. Odayı değiştirmek zorunda kaldığımızdan defalarca şikayet ettik ama odayı değiştirmemek için her zaman bir bahanesi varmış gibi görünüyordu. Diğer arkadaşlarım tahtakurularını buldu. Genellikle müşteri konaklama sırasında çeşitli sorunlarla karşılaştıktan sonra sorunu çözebilmesi için hazır bulunması gereken yöneticinin düşmanca ve umursamaz tutumu beni gerçekten olumsuz bir şekilde etkiledi, ancak tam tersiydi; o sadece kalışı için parayı almayı düşünen gerçekten berbat bir insan. Kabus oteli, unutulmaz.

We arrived late at night and were met by Angela very friendly and helpful. We were tired and when we got to the room my other half was not to happy as the bathroom was small and the lounge area cramped . I said let's sleep and see tomorrow. Next morning I had a shower water pressure good water as warm as you want it the general feeling then was it's a place to lay your head and it was clean and convenient. The old lady cleaning our room was very thorough and clean the rooms and shower very well. The food at the bar was well prepared and presented .there always seemed to be maintenance guys tidying and fixing bits or cleaning the pool. We stayed 10 days and only thing I could complain about was mosticos Angela was a lovely host Mario could have of days but sure don't we all.

The location is greqt, close to the old town. The welcome to the hotel by the owner was very unfriendly.The room door was hard to close&open however he didn't help us to fix it during our stay.Not only towards us but to all guests, he had a very negative attitude.He even didn't allow us to sit by the pool and watch our kids swimming unless we order sth from the bar.The lady working with him was quite nice and tried to compensate him however despite having great time duri g our vacation, our stay at Erato was unpleasant.

We recently stayed at Erato Hotel in Kos and had a wonderful experience. Mario was an exceptional host, always attentive and welcoming, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The highlight of our visit was definitely the pool and the pool bar – a perfect spot to relax and unwind. The hotel's location is also a big plus, conveniently situated near all the major attractions and amenities. Overall, a great place to stay with excellent service and amenities. Highly recommended!

don't stay here. After finding multiple cockroaches we made a complaint about them alongside with a broken airconditioning. We were moved to other apartments on the complex for 4 days and they said that in the meantime someone would come to fix the airconditioning and to get rid of the cockroaches. There was a hole behind the sink where we saw the cockroaches coming out of, so they said that they would be closing the hole. In the apartments we were moved to there was mold in the showers and the doors to the balcony were not opening. After 4 days we came back to the original apartments hopeful, but they had done nothing. There were more cockroaches than before and the airconditioning was still broken. We asked if there was something done for the rooms and then told us they didn't know.

It’s a decent hotel. You get what you pay for. It suited me and my girlfriend as we are a young couple and it’s location was very good for its price. It’s a small hotel so there was never any rush to the pool for sun beds , it has a lovely pool area. We only ate one time at the pool and it was decent food and priced fairly. The negatives of this accommodation came from the lack of cleaning the rooms. We stayed for a week and the maids came most days but for some reason they only changed the towels 2 times the whole week. Me and my partner didn’t bother making a fuss about this but I don’t know how east of an issue it is to resolve based on pervious reviews. The only other negative I have is that the staff constantly have changing attitudes. At the start very pleasant, then towards the end just acted very sarcastically for no reason and was very abrupt in his answers. Overall it’s an average hotel in decent location

The guest services were good but the rooms had a lot of mosquitoes. Our room couldn’t reach Wi-Fi, and there wasn’t any noise isolation, also at the fridge it wasn’t available any bottle of water. Last but not least the room wasn’t very clean and had a bad smell. We don’t recommended is not value for money.

What a warm welcome and helpful staff . I really cannot recommend this place enough with a pool large apartments plenty of facilities and bar , restaurant and great music. The staff were all lovely and I can’t wait to get back ! Don’t forget the pool party on Sunday which I loved also . Location is good nice and quiet away from the hustle and bustle of Kos town but not far from bus main station .
