Nice place to stay and near to Sungai Kelantan. Its also reasonable in price.

What can I say...
Just marvelous.
The staff - top notch.
The breakfast buffet - worth the value, hit the taste bud.
Room - ample and spacious.
Got bath tab
I got river view so love wit this view
Swimming pool best
Security - felt safe.
Basement Parking first come first serve
If possible, take the VIP park, a lot of ease.

Good location, the room is very big but the furniture are too old , so difficult to control room’s light . some buttons could not function. The mattress was very old & not comfortable.
The breakfast is fine .
The extra pillows is not comfy .

My family & i really enjoyed staying 3 days 2 night in this wonderfull hotel. Great staff strategic location & very clean hotel.

good location within the city. Room is spacious with excellent river view. Room furnishing is rather aged and needs updating. PLEASE change to new batch of bath towels.

The place was good enough for our purpose to just sleep as most part of the days we were out. The staff courteousness were excellent: from the ones at the door, to Reception, operator....every one.
We left behind some items; we were promptly informed but since we were already some distance on the way to KL, the items were couriered. The packing was thoughtfully done. Excellent care and service there. Excellent.
We had a good stay. Will be back on 1st June, if there's good special/promotion rate better than others. Because, all we would need is just a bed to sleep in. Otherwise, any other reasonable hotel will do, Insya-Allah

Location very strategic in KB and near to food stall. Easy access to historical places. Staff friendly, room spacious and clean.Breakfast have variety of food and offer different main dishes everyday. Highly recommended for family😍
