Stay was good. Food and services was excellent. Overall hotel stay and fooding quite ok and sevices also good

The location of the hotel is in an industrial area. However, when we checked in, intercom wasn't working. It was so difficult to communicate to them for small things. There was some electrical problem. We were getting shocks when we touched taps in the bathroom. Toilet seat is really high and very uncomfortable. Best to avoid this hotel

Most of the items in the property is not working like. Geaser, catle, exhaust fan, leakage from tap etc. Service is also very poor. It takes around 45 mins to serve tea. Located in industrial area which is not mentioned in location at the time of booking. Overall experience in hotel is very bad. I don't recommend any body to stay here.

There was little less hygiene in washroom bedsheet waa dirty. There was a hole in bed. No door mats and bathroom slipper dirty washroom and walls no bathroom mats. No images. I have

Easy check in, rooms were as they are in images. Outside food is not allowed and their food prices are high as f (exa-water bottle-60rs. Rooftop bar gives a very pleasant vibe, though only beer wasn't overpriced. Tv wasn't recharged, refrigerator wasn't working too. Night lamps weren't working. We were told you will get a room with balcony though it was very small to say it a balcony. Mosquito problem. Room was big, washroom was also clean.

Intercom was not working in the entire hotel, the mirror was not well-installed, hanging on a single nail on the wall, and not firm, and unacceptable manager behavior, food is highly overpriced, the blanket was dirty, manager created chaos for changing a room, shouted on us, mischief behavior
