Best Hotel in the city and excellent hospitality as always, Cleaness of room ,Lobby and hotel is great my family is preferred this hotel only. Housekeeping staff is always there is very good and courteous. They are well professional and polite 🙂 The ***ager met me at the floor is very much cooperative. Thank you

The Hotel Needs of attention wrt to Room Upkeep ....Water deposits when one takes shower, WC push buttons have problem, all the electric irons are in bad shape , no floor towel .. What is good is staff is warm . Vishnu is nice duty ***ager - Food at the breakfast restaurant is Excellent ...I must say Chefs do good work, breakfast soread is good I think Housekeeping requires more attention ...some stink from carpets on 5th Floor ...I found litter on 4th floor when checking out....please work on all aspects to make it a better experience for travellers Thank you

Had stayed here for a week on official trip. Checked in late at night & the front desk person on duty greeted & welcomed with a warm smile. Hot water was available at midnight where outside temperature was almost 5degrees. Breakfast buffet was elaborate & foods were really tasty. Apart from cold items nothing were repeated in 3 days. Special thanks to Mr. ***ohar at the coffee shop, was always on his toes to assist me with my preferred cut fruit & the coffee of my choice. Thanks!! In room dining service was up to the mark, all the food items on all 6 days were excellent. Linen quality can be improved, I felt the laundry service though was prompt, but quality could be better. Overall, I had a pleasant stay for a week there!!

I am extremly thankfull to staff as my driver forgot my cell costing 1.5lac iphone in a cab,however on my request hotel staff found the location ofvthe Cab and i found my cell on back seat One again thanks to hotel staff specialy security head and hotel ***ager Thanks Praveen

Nice ambience great service by Vick at mosaic in dinner room service also very fast very clean hotel and staff also very helpful food was also very delicious

The restaurants service staffs are professional and polite. I had a great service here especially from Arti and Vicky bajaj. Food is also good and the overall experience is great.

Great to see best hotel in kota, great staff, cutious staff nicely ***aged reception. Check inn and check out was very smooth. Room was well cleaned and great housekeeping. Property needed maixtenance but well maintained, well ***aged..

Best clean hotel in kota, check inn and check out was very smooth, room is best and clear clean. Mosaic restaurant have very nice breakfast. In room daining is very quick. Perfect maintained hotel and best. Bar at lobby label is best in kota. Regards
