Seaview Jesselton Quay Near Suria Sabah, Gaya Street

New and clean apartment with very practical layout and deco. Excellent proximity to Jesselton pier and walking distance to Suria Sabah mall and ***a street. Good view and supporting services like convenience stores, laundromat and restaurants downstairs. Definitely recommended for family vacation.

It's a pity that I couldn't use it to clean the swimming pool, but the location and condition of the accommodation were the best. Very nice room & kindly Luby ~ thank you!

Luby was so easy to deal with, communication was speedy and information requested was done in a really timely manner. I really enjoyed the stay here as it was super clean, comfortable and cosy. All the things we needed such as hairdryer, stove, kettle, fridge, ironing board, were made available to us. Not to mention room the stunning view we get from the apartment itself. The owner of the homestay was super helpful. Very early on she already texted me the details, such as how to retrieve the room key, and even provided a presentation slides on the things I need to know. For example, what are the key attraction sites near the apartment, any convenience stores we can go to if we need anything. The owner replies super fast and provided a clear and concise explanation. She also goes beyond by informing us what are available activities for certain nights such as a bazaar that just opened up. She does not only focus on the apartment solely, and was super helpful in giving tips on how to purchase eSIM cards

friendly host luby Centrally located Would love to come back again

We (5 adults) stayed 1 night in a 2 room apartment (corner unit). The check in procedure was smooth and done remotely with the host without any hiccups. Luby the host was very friendly over the WhatsApp chats and accommodative. The apartment was clean and tidy. The rooms were well kept with each room a queen bed and 1 single bed with attached bathroom. The 2nd bedroom had 2 x queen beds. A common bathroom was next to the main door. All the amenities were available. The unit is facing the sea with a great view of Pulau ***a and swimming pool on the 7th floor. Parking was easy and plenty of lots from level 3 till level 6. It was a pleasant stay and I can recommend it for a group of 6-7 people.
