The place is supposed to be a high class residence until certain owners decided to run homestay business with their properties. Now other owners do not know who are staying next-door, including the securities. Guess it is the fault of the developer who did not apply for Housing and Development Act due to reducing of costs to meet more stringent requirements for fire fighting facilities as a residential property. Any guests who still willing to check in this place, must not rely on the management, as they already warned those homestay business owners the danger of fire and security caused by outside guests. Therefore they often change those access cards to the lift, car park and lobby. Loud music and footstep noise from above the ceiling and outside corridor are often heard, because outside guests use it as a holiday or party house. There is no such comfort checking in to a homestay, as compared to other hotels with reputable brands. Don't screw up your holiday here if possible. Just shop at Imago and take a ride back.
