Excellent service personnel throughout the hotel all the way from reception, restaurant , gym, pool and club lounge. You can see a very genuine smile with service delivered with pride and passion. A hotel I have been visiting for the last 10 yrs and I will continue to visit again.

very good location, next to the Waterfront bars. only cross the road then we can have a drink in the bar. and in front of the market, can buy some little things.

I booked a Club room with Club Lounge facilities as I wanted to rest after a gectic 2 days' wirk. The room had a FULL SEAVIEW on the 8th floor.
It was wonderful to view the sunset, changing clouds, islands n boats in the distance. To my delight a huge number of egrets flew in to their homes on the tops of the 2 raintrees just below my window. Sadly they were off to forage for fishes by early dawn.
Great spread of food n beverages esp at dusk.
Staff too very friendly n helpful. Will return

Not too shabby, but service can be better. When we stayed at the hotel there was a conference going making it a bit crowded. However one person stands out, a lady from the breakfast restaurant named Anna Wong. Her hospitality made us feel like home. 👍

Great location and fantastic services. Room is rather small since we were allotted to one of the side rooms and the couch took up a lot of space. The bed and pillows are okay, not the most comfortable but one could still get a good sleep out of. There are little stains and a couple of hair on the duvet, though. Not a big issue for us but it’d be great if there weren’t any. The bathroom is spacious yet, proportion-wise, the shower area is cramped. I had to squeeze from the side to get out as the door opens only inward. The view is lovely (see the photo below), but, again, side room issue is that the windows are half the size only, and water stains are all over the windows. The pool is small and the smell of the market across the road is fishy. The gym is nice. In the end we didn’t spend a lot of time in the hotel, booked some nice day tours to enjoy the vibrant life of KK :)

Had good time while staying here. I enjoy the view from the rooftop, breakfast is awesome. 🫶🏻 Next time we will come here again

Room is big and comfortable. Very spacious for 2 person! Window to see the sea view is quite small and dirty, so I am on-the-fence about whether if it is worth the top up to get the sea view room! Location wise, definitely super convenient to many
For those that are driving, parking is FOC, just need to get the ticket validated at the front desk before driving off!

The location is convenient, it has plenty of good spa and restaurants nearby, however, it was too close to the fish market, you can smell the fish once you left the lobby.
The overall hygiene is fine, bedsheet and towel are in very good condition, however, there are quite a lot of strains in the surfaces of toilet, also the shower room. And I found some ants at a corner of the room.
The facilities are good, swimming pool and the rooftop bar are decent. All staff I have met are nice and friendly.
