酒店離車站不遠，有酒店接駁車，十分方便。車站去酒店途中，有一條商店街，十分好逛。早晚餐都是自助餐，公眾浴場和私人風呂都十分不錯，值得推薦。

我們住了兩晚，第一晚就一併訂了懷石料理在酒店吃晚餐。酒店提供的懷石料理，菜式和份量都滿意，餐廳的環境亦非常寬敞。

This is an onsen hotel that caters to Chinese-speakers I think. Upon entering, I was greeted in Mandarin by one of the two hostesses. One is from Kwangtung and the other is from Taiwan. The more I know about this ryokan, the more I like it. We stayed two nights in room #1902 with a view of town and Western-style beds (though I didn't see any Westerners as guests). I immediately went to the men's onsen for 15 min -- very nice. Just outside the entrance begins a very busy pedestrian shopping street that ramps up to a Shrine with 400+ steps which I didn't attempt. The food served at breakfast and kaiseki dinner are outstanding. This is where Sakura shines. For Chinese guests, there are Chinese noodles and xiao lung bao. You can make your own udon bowl. Etsuko was our very excellent server at dinner. I couldn't find coffee before breakfast. There are no 7-11, Family Mart, or Lawson's nearby. I'd return for the food alone. Yum!

金比羅宮の階段途中22段目にあり、22段階段を登るのが得した気分になれます。お参りのあとの疲れを癒す、お風呂、夕食と楽しい旅でとても素晴らしかった。 お風呂には大浴場、サウナ、露天風呂もあり、お風呂の階には地酒の試飲と無料のアイスキャンディがありました。湯上りにはどちらも最高です。 食事の会場もちょっとオシャレな感じでした。 翌日には金毘羅歌舞伎の舞台見学に行って歌舞伎の歴史の話を聞いたりしたり、近くの博物館に行って楽しめます。

久しぶりに完璧に近いサービスを提供してくれる宿に出会えました。おしぼり一つとってもホテルの名前入りで夕食のバイキングはかなりのハイレベルでした、そんなに宿泊客の多い日ではなかったですがライブキッチンの魚の解体ショーやクオリティの高い料理も多かったし何よりも補充の速さは特筆ものでした。大概のホテルは料理が少なくなっても半分以下になっても中々補充してくれないところが多いですが完璧のタイミングでの補充、また朝食時も生*が3種類あったり本当にレベルが高かったです。

初めてでしたが、スタッフの方々の対応も丁寧で、お料理も美味しくとても良かったです。 子ども連れでしたがキッズバイキングもあり、子どもが取りやすい高さだったのがとても良いと思いました。 バイキングは和洋中があり種類も多かったです。讃岐うどんがあり、自分で好みのうどんを作れるのが楽しく子どもたちも喜んでいました。 食事処の席はたくさんあるのですが、朝食の時間帯は他の方と重なったため、席を見つけるのに少し時間がかかりました。 それ以外は本当に良かったので、また是非行きたいと思いました。

露天風呂付きの部屋に宿泊しました。金比羅さんに近く、専用ラウンジもあり、飲み放題なのが良かったです。お正月期間中だったので、宿泊客も多く、夜はバイキングにしたのでとても賑やかでした。セルフうどんが美味しかったです。料理は大したことはありませんでしたが、自分が食べたい物だけを選べるので、ご馳走続きのお正月にバイキングを選んで良かったかな。体を洗うところがシャワー室でした。露天風呂とはつながっていないので、少し不便ですが、お風呂の広さ、湯加減ともに良かったです。

楽しみにしていた旅行前日の夜、子供が39℃の発熱の為当日キャンセルの連絡をしたところ日にちの変更をしてくださり大変助かりました。その後、日を改めて無事楽しい家族旅行ができ大変感謝しています。 今回で4回目の利用。露天風呂付きの初音のお部屋は大変綺麗で何度もお風呂が楽しめます。朝夕の食事もとても美味しいです。ラウンジではアルコールやソフトドリンク飲み放題、おつまみも沢山ありゆったりと過ごせました。ありがとうございました。
